General Appearance: Long light brown hair, and nervous blue-gray eyes, these are the two main things a person who looks at Maggie will notice. She often wears a variety of clothes, from t-shirts and jeans, to a long dress. Maggie can always be depended on to be up and ready within five minute, fashion and makeup are not important to her.
Her hair is mostly left down, however on special occasions she will braid it into a long braid. When she does wear a dress, it will be one of two, a light yellow longer dress, this goes past her knees, or a white sweater dress with black leggings and a white longsleeve shirt underneath. She wears the longer yellow dress in the Spring and the sweater dress in Winter. The rest of the year, she is seen in either her t-shirts and jeans, or in her favourite yellow shirt.
Maggie has very pale skin all year, even in the summer. She burns very easily in the summer, so she stays inside all day during the sunny days. Maggie has her own style, and she doesn't really care what anyone else thinks about it. Maggie is very sensitive to makeup, so she never wears it. Her skin is very sensitive, and gets easily burnt or scratched.
She is very small, standing at only 4' 9'', and Maggie often is the smallest in her class.
Personality: The first thing anyone will notice about Maggie is her extreme shyness. She prefers to stick to herself and rarely talks to anyone she doesn't know. She is, however, quite friendly to the teachers because she loves to learn, and soaks up any knowledge she can get. She is extremely interested in language, since she can understand every language without practicing.
She dislikes people who value popularity over knowledge, since eventually, everyone will need to have some sort of intellect to get a good career and to be able to support themselves. Maggie always has thoughts that she choses not to speak or say, and she is a thinker over speaking. She is always thinking about her future.Your VicesLikes: The color yellow, popcorn, books, school, greek mythology, and dogs.

Any Other Important People: A yellow lab named CindyHistoryMaggie was born on April 21st. She grew up not knowing her father, he died on the battlefront since he was fighting in the Afghanistan war. She was born in Germany, and learned the language of German as her only language. She always enjoyed staying inside and reading, rather than playing outside. When she turned six, she began her schooling. She was advanced in both reading and social studies, and she skipped the third grade because she was so advanced.
When she was allowed to go to the middle grades of her schooling, her mother and Maggie moved to the United States. Maggie was too young at the time to understand why her father hadn't gone with them, she had last seen him when he went to go fight with the other German men in a war. Her mother hid the fact that her father had died until Maggie was twelve, then she revealed the true reason why they had moved to the United States: to escape the war and the death that came with it. After Maggie was told this by her mother, she had trouble coping with school, and was allowed time off to recover from that fact. After she recovered, she was allowed into the sixth grade, and she became quite advanced in her French class, so advanced that she passed the last test of the class in two days of being in that class.
Maggie didn't really understand how she had learned the language so fast, but however she had done it, she wanted to learn more. She borrowed Russian, Italian, and other language books from the library, as soon as she read the first bit of the language, she understood it fully, and could speak it fluently without even trying. She was only twelve, and her mother became quite worried that her daughter was abnormal, since many more abnormal children were being found everyday, some with the ability to teleport things, others with the ability to turn into fish or breathe underwater. Maggie's mother were contacted by some people, whom of which Maggie didn't know, and they packed up and moved to a small mountain-town named Pilot Ridge. Maggie was quickly enrolled into the Hammel Institute, and she started school right away.Roleplay ExampleMaggie woke up, she felt for her light, and then remembered where she was. She was now in Pilot Ridge, her new home. Her mother had told her that she would be attending a new boarding school. She would be living at the institute all the time, but on Saturdays she was allowed to visit her mother. Maggie probably wouldn't, after all, there were still a ton of new languages for her to start understanding.
She sat up and stretched, yawning. I wonder what's for breakfast. She silently slipped out of the bed, it was her first day of school. She quickly changed into a pair of blue jeans and a blue and white horizontally striped shirt, and headed to the cafeteria. She had studied the hallways last night, making sure she knew the basic ones, like how to get to her classes and to the cafeteria, and where the bathroom was. In the cafeteria, breakfast smelled good. There was a pile of bagels, and Maggie grabbed one and sat down to eat. The bagel tasted dry and plain, just the way Maggie liked it. She avoided making eye contact with any other students, she didn't want to make friends. Her mother would be disappointed that her daughter way being shy, Maggie knew this. Her mother was outgoing, a little too much for Maggie's liking. But her mom was the only family she had, so she dealt with it.
Maggie noted that she had seventeen minutes until her training started. So far, there was only one other student with the same "ability" as her. He was a big dork, so Maggie had stayed away from him so far, mostly to avoid being caught in the middle of any jokes. He seemed shy, but he also liked to joke with his friends. So she had stayed away from him.
After she was done eating her bagel, she still had fifteen minutes before her next class started, so she headed up to the library to do some reading on greek mythology. What About You?Name: Vio
