IN THE NIGHTSIDE OF EDEN

]The village of Eden has been a beautiful place for years. Forests, parks, and a view of a lake can be found in certain areas of this place. But, there is a small secret about this place. Vampires, Werewolves, Shapeshifters, and Witches live here, co-existing with the Humans and each other. However, a chain of hierarchy runs through this town as it did and still does throughout the world.

First come the Royal Vampires. Many are evil, but some are extremely good. Those Vampires are rare, though not hard to find.

Werewolves come second with their power of the Full Moon. They can turn into the mystical keepers of the night.

The Shapeshifters come next with the knowledge and intellect of the animals they choose to turn into. They are mostly good, though there are some who are evil.

Witches, though not completely human, are second to last on this chain. They are gifted with the powers of magic, though some use it wrongly while others use it wisely.

Humans, of course, are at the bottom. Mortal and fragile to the beings above them. There are some, however, that have abilities themselves.

Recently, there has been magic thrown from witch to witch. They have a storm brewing. Good against Evil, just as it has always been in life. Vampires, who usually disrespect the witches, have now started hanging out with the less kind witches, helping them hurt others.

The Coven of Diana have learned of a prophecy. It states that Good and Evil will fight, one witch against the other, until one is dead. This is the prophecy:

“Two Witches will be born. One will be born with a Pentacle on the left side of his or her neck while the other will be born with the Triple Goddes mark on his or her right side of the neck. The Pentacle child will hold a truly evil and sinaster power, one that only the blessed Triple Moon child can defeat.”

It was, however, altered seven years later. Most of it was the same, though only this part was added:

“Only the powers of Magic, Blood, Forest, Animal, and Mortality must come together to destroy the evil. They will each be marked with a special sign: Triple Moon, The Trinity, The Full Moon, The Paw, and a Heart. This is how you will know.”

The prophecy was never heard of again until many years later when the children, baring the marks foretold, had entered the world. They all live in Eden Village.
