Yes, his app is a WIP, but it's almost finished, and I'd love for someone to play him. He doesn't have a name, however, unlike his brother he does not have meta human skills. PB is open, and they can be fraternal, so you can use another male PB that looks similar to Cliff Lee. These two are close, but Landom's meta human skills have caused some tension between the two.
