CASPER COLE

Casper is an intern for the recruitment depart and deals mostly with legal affairs. He was raised the child of a prominent politician and is an intelligent, charming young man who can play just about any instrument you give him. Unfortunately, he hates playing music because he thinks the only reason he's any good is because of his ability, which he resents (his powers ruined his relationship with his old friends and family).
Despite this, he still finds admiration for most other meta-humans. Just not himself.

FRIENDS
Cas values his friends indefinitely. While he's horrible and clumsy with emotions, having someone who will be there for him is a massive comfort. He'd defend his friend till the end and help them no matter the circumstances. He comes off as cool and charming when you first meet him, but if you sit down a while, you'll discover a simple soul who really just misses communicating with people who are like him.
He is free with trust, unless you lose it. Then expect to be one of his...

ENEMIES
Cas, despite his generous soul and bone-deep loyalty, is stubborn to no fault. Get on this boy's dark side, and you might as well open your arms up to one of his impressive sonic blasts. Being a man of sound, he attacks with words. But his right hook ain't bad either.
Though he tends to avoid confrontation, he'll handle any enemy honestly. He can't stand a traitor or anyone willing to belittle anyone else. You can insult him all you dare; he'll ignore it. Insult his friends, and you aren't in for an easy fight.
Stubborn as a mule, if you find yourself on this man's bad side (not to diffult, he isn't very patient with mean people), don't expect to be leaving that siude any time soon.

LOVERS
Cas is a very loving, passionate man, but he fears deep emotion from other people. He's the type to find himself in love, and run away from his feelings, rather than pursue them.
A patient yet headstrong girl may be able to weasel in to his heart, but he'd require the loving hand of someone who can see and understand what he's going through. Quite literally, in fact (an empath or a healer would be your best bet; anyone who heals with their powers).
While Cas is single, he's not really looking for anyone to love. However, Melissa, his creator, is a hopeless romantic and would love for someone to come forward and force this bull-brained male in to a relationship. ;> I'm likely to be a little picky in this area though. His opposite needs to be just right for him, and he just right for her.

[Annie Holmes]

I want Annie to be his friend. There's just something about a man of sound and a woman who can hear none of it being friends that makes me wiggle with absolute giddiness. Annie often visits Hammel on weekends (her sister attends). On these visits she brings cupcakes and the oddest ability to accept people for who they are. She, herself, does not have any powers. It's just a lovely mental image.

That'd be a really good friendship! He'd be bit protective once they became friends; overly so because she'd deaf and he knows how important sound is (especially to him). I hope she wouldn't mind it! ;)

I think him and Shade could get along in a squabbling fashion. She isn't intentionally mean and he sticks to the few morals she still keeps herself - stubbornness and loyalty. To her, both count as morals.

Anyway, that isn't that important. I'm planning on creating a girl with a voice with siren effects. Anything she says has some influence, so she generally insists on playing mute, but she used to be a very talented singer. I think her and Cas would get along well.

[Annabelle Coronova]

I think that both Bells and Casper could get along pretty well. She's very trusting as is he. He might have to be the initiator in the situation because of how introverted she is. Once someone approaches her with a kind attitude, she's a lot more likely to open up and return the kindness. Annabelle will be the Listener in most social situations, but as she has a lot of questions about who she is now, and what she can do, she might be asking you quite a few of those without warning.

Gah! Somehow I missed this and I apologize tenfold.

Ingrid wants to be everybody's momma, and Cas could easily be included. She's probably taught him when he was at Hammel. And Ingrid loves people who can give her an intelligent conversation. She also lives to make other people see themselves as great as she sees them, and regularly pulls her adopted strays into her room to lecture them on how awesome they are.

My other character's a young student, so Emma probably wouldn't spend much time around him. Unless her was her recruit guy, in which case she might see come to see him from time to time.
