The Basics
Name: Bailey Caleb Caraway
Nicknames: Bails
Age: Nineteen
Orientation: Heterosexual, loves the ladies
Desired Rank/Job: Probably should have graduated by now, but he's still a student
Powers: Super-Speed: A Pretty simple power, but when used by the right person it has a number of uses. Obviously Bailey can run much faster than any average human. The fastest he's ever run was 160 mph, but when he runs anywhere near that fast his side effects are at their worst causing him extreme pain throughout his entire body and disorienting him so severely that he barley knows where he is or who he is.
Other than running fast Bailey's power also causes him to, think, talk, read, write, and do just about everything he does faster than normal people would. His power also makes him want to constantly move making it hard to get him to stay still, but if someone can get him to stay still it usually results in pouting. If he wasn't a meta it would seem like Bailey just had ADHD.

The Details
Hair Color: Light Brown
Eye Color: Blue
Any Piercings? Nope
Any Tattoos? Nada, couldn't stay still long enough for a tat
Any Scars? None that are to important.
General Appearance: T-shirts and jeans basically makes up Bailey's entire wardrobe. He loves his casual attire, the only time he is caught in anything formal, is when he's forced to for some special occasion. His jeans vary in color but they are usually either blue or black, but his t-shirts are never plain. He doesn't really represent any particular brand, but his shirts always have some kind joke, or rude gesture, or funny picture on them. As long as it draws attention to him, he wears it. Of course if he had things his way, he would never wear clothes.
Bailey usually didn't do much when it comes to his hair, he could never keep it a certain way if he tried. He thought the messy look worked great for him anyway. He never really had to much facial hair to worry about, but he sometimes had to give himself a quick shave.
The only big problem Bailey had when it came to his appearance were his shoes. Not only do his shoes constantly look worn out but he's had to buy more shoes than any girl he's ever met. There just aren't any shoes out there that can handle the amount of times his feet hit the ground when he runs thanks to his super-speed.
Personality: Fun! Bailey is one of the most fun people you will ever meet, or at least he will try to be. He hates being bored, and assumes that everyone else does too, so he does his best to keep things lively wherever he is. Because of this, Bailey often doesn't do well in school. Homework, tests, and studying are just way to boring for him so they tend to fall to the bottom of his priority which gets him into a bit of trouble.
When it comes to authority figures, they aren't to many people that can get Bailey to do something that he doesn't want to do. Bailey doesn't maliciously ignore the commands of teachers, policemen, principals, etc. he just usually interprets their commands as suggestions. The only people besides his parents, that that doesn't apply to is his eldest brother Jack and his only sister Kali.

Family Ties
Father:
Jim Caraway, Super Strength
Mother:
Sambuca Caraway, Precognition
Siblings:
Jack Caraway, 32. Super Strength: Jack, Bailey’s oldest brother. Bailey learned from a young age to just do whatever Jack says. Mostly because Jack would never steer you wrong... and because if you didn’t listen to Jack he could easily break you like a toothpick. Of course Jack would never harm him more than an older brother should. Jack was another one of his siblings that he could go to for anything no matter what and he’d help him out. His chewing outs were usually a lot worse than Kalis though.
Samuel Caraway, 31, Probability Distortion:Sam, the huge age difference between him and Bailey didn’t make them distant from one another at all. The Caraways are a close family and didn’t let age interfere with their bonds. Even though Sam did his own thing, he still made plenty of time to pick on Bailey, which usually included freaking him out with his weird power.
Kahlua Caraway, 24, Pantomiming: Bailey loves his sister Kali to death. She’s easily like another mother figure to him. He knows he can go to Kali with anything and she’ll make it okay. Of course she’ll also chew him out for whatever he’s done wrong. It’s been that way their whole life and things still haven’t changed.
Johnny Caraway, 21, Unknown: Johnny, the closest to Bailey in age, was the easiest for him to keep up with. Being only two years apart, Johnny and Bailey did just about everything together. As babies they napped together, as toddlers they bathed together, as kids they got in trouble together, and as teens they got into more trouble together. They were and are now each others best friends.

History
Not much has changed since Bailey was a kid, he’s always been a fun loving happy kid that did his best to never be bored which was easy since he had three brothers and a sister who all happen to be Metas as well. Bailey loved his big family, and never once minded being the youngest, he felt like he always got the most attention because of it and he had no problem with that.
Outside of his family life, was his school life. Before he was able to go to Hammel, ages five to twelve, Bailey did not like school at all. He always felt that normal school was the most boring thing in the world. especially since he knew that one day he’d be going to a school that he often fantasized about that was the greatest place on Earth. With a school like that on his mind how could he enjoy normal school.
When Baileys thirteenth birthday was coming up, he had started counting down the days he had left until his powers manifested. His mom and dad kept trying to tell that it wasn’t likely that his abilities manifest as soon as he turned thirteen and that there wasn’t an exact date or time for when they would show up, but Bailey didn’t listen, he was sure he would super powered up the day he turned thirteen and to his parents surprise he was. It happened after school, Bailey wanted to get home as fast as he could when school let out that he started running home. Usually it took Bailey a good fifteen minutes to get home from school, that day it took him about three minutes. He was so excited that he didn’t even care how sick it had made him to run that fast.
It was assumed that Bailey’s academic career would improve once he got to Hammel. Unfortunately he loved Hammel, a little to much. He very rarely focused on his studies, he was a wild chair who cared nothing about grades homework or tests. All he cared about was dun, friends, and bettering his super-speed. Once he was the last Caraway at Hammel, his parents made him move off campus and move in with his sister Kali, hoping that maybe she could make him buckle down and graduate.
Roleplay Example
(Sample from one of my characters on a Hogwarts site)
Derek had become very frustrated. He wanted to achieve one small feat before going back to the common room and he couldn't achieve what he wanted. Why you ask, because Hogwarts didn't come with a map, that's why! Derek had become lost and he hated it. He had found out that the library was on the fourth floor and he wanted to check it out but when he found out that information it was after curfew and he was sure it was closed. That wasn't going to stop him from at least confirming where it was even if he couldn't get in until tomorrow. Unfortunately he couldn't even find the library and was now stuck in some poorly lit corridor full of..... suits of armor!?
Derek stopped and got real close up on one of the shiny silver suits. He could see himself all distorted and irregular. The armor obviously wasn't a perfect reflective surface. While examining the armor, Derek couldn't help but wonder why Hogwarts would need a corridor full of armor. Were they just for decoration? They had to be, Wizards didn't need armor, he couldn't picture anyone he knew ever wearing one of these suits.
The armor was only able to distract him for a few minutes. He very quickly remembered that he had been trying to locate the library and that he was lost. "Maybe I'm on the wrong floor." He said to himself. As soon as Derek had utter those words a loud he heard someone walking behind him. He turned to look, and he could barley make out a figure walking closer to him. Derek panic and ducked behind a suit of armor. "Great I get caught wondering around after curfew by a prefect my first week here. My grandparents are gonna kill me...... I gotta stop talking t myself" He whispered.
Derek stayed silent behind the armor and waited. He hoped whoever it was hadn't seen him.
