Darryl smiled slightly at the idea of the two of them dancing. Darryl couldn't exactly cut a rug, but he liked having fun with dancing as well. Though a lot of what his history of dancing included was club/dancefloor body grinding, which really didn't count. He was pretty sure, however, that if someone was there to instruct him, he could get down any sort of form of dancing down really well. Darryl was pretty good at remembering details about things, not just pertaining to voices and facial expressions. The fact that he wasn't naturally clumsy or uncoordinated also helped give him the idea that learning how to dance wouldn't be hard at all.
Darryl grinned when she asked him about why he acted. He had two main reasons, and they both...well kinda contradicted each other. "I do love attention, but what can I say? I'm a performer," he shrugged innocently with his hands out beside him, "and where is a performer without their audience?" He chuckled faintly but then adjusted himself in his seat to give her his second major reason. "But that is not why I do it--did it." Semantics Shmantics. "I've always enjoyed and had a knack for getting people to laugh. I do enjoy cheering up a bunch of people and acting is a way to get both birds with one stone." His love of attention, and always wanting to make people enjoy having him in their presence that is.
Darryl easily noticed she wasn't as drawn to the idea of adopting as having her own kids. For whatever reason, Darryl couldn't really be sure (probably something to do with motherly instincts or something). He did feel bad that she just couldn't have a child when she wanted one. He had another suggestion; that insemination thing where she puts her egg in a different woman and the woman has her baby and things. He, however, wasn't sure if the idea would be well received. "Maybe one day." Darryl was the optimist.
