General Appearance: Let's see here. Samantha is a normal white skinned, tall, skinny, long blonde haired, white teethed girl, which loves to wear dresses and cowgirl boots. She doesn't walk with to much confidence, but doesn't hunch over while sitting or have any kind of bad posture. Her parents always tell her that if she sat all hunched over in her chair that she would be like the Hunch Back of Nostradamus. She doesn't get good sleep because of a reoccuring nightmare she gets every once in a while. So she will sometimes have dark circles under her eyes. She has only just learned about her abilities and anyone else having them, so she will be a little afraid of people while walking around school till she gets to know them. She's not the type of person to show off her body, but does like the attention that the boys give her from looking at her body.
Personality: Once people get to know Samantha she can be the kindest, honest, and loving person that people could ever know. Not that she won't talk to them or anything, but she is really shy. Sometimes her shyness will get a hold of her and she wont talk to people for days. While she is like this it will rain for days. She will do whatever is possible to protect the ones that she loves, even though she's not to good at it. Even if that means getting herself hurt to protect them. She loves to make friends and hang out with them when she can, but she's never been to go at making friends. As long as thoughs friends don't start to use her for her body or abilities. She likes to read Romantic and Horror books next to the window and fireplace, walk on the beach bare foot while collecting sea shells. But she does have a habit of using those sea shells to decorate her clothing and furniture and what not. Her mother always yells at her for gluing them to the furniture. She doesn't like getting into fights, but will try her best to end them with words instead of her fists. She's never been in a fight before so if she was forced to have to use her fists, like someone tried to punch her, she would probably flail and run away. She tries to not use her powers if all possible, shes still afraid of them, but wants to be able to control them completely one day. With Samantha being so unpopular and shy she is very easily bullied and pressured into doing things that she sometimes knows that she shouldn't be doing. Sometimes when she getting bullied she will get so scared that she will make it start hailing outside. Even at home she hated to hurt her parents by making them do all the cleaning and cooking. So she would do what cleaning and cooking that she knew how to do. Even though Samantha gets good grades in school she has to do more work than others in order to get thoughs good grades because she has a slow learning disability. Also known as SLD. She hates her SLD, when in class other kids will answer the teachers question quickly but then only understands the answer after it's been said. With all that pressure from the other kids, the SLD, and the new knowledge of her powers, she will sometimes steal stuff from other people or draw on things that she knows she shouldn't be doing. Later on she will turn herself in, getting scared of the punishment and making it hail outside once again.

History
Samantha's parents are not rich, they are not smart enough to be doctors or lawyers, but they do love each other. They meet in high school and they are still together. They had a hard time with buying a house and getting married and finding jobs, but they love each other enough to stay together anyways. A few years after that, they finally bought a house for themselves, then got pregnant and had Samantha. They love her with every breath they breathe. They want to spoiler her rotten; they just don't have the money.
While growing up, Samantha was a normal little girl. Made friends, went to school, had a few crushes on some boys, and loves her parents. She wasn't the most popular girl in school, but she wasn't the least popular. She had some friends and loved life for a while. Then Middle school hit and her body started changing. The boys would hit on her and the girls would hate her for the guys liking her and not them. But she just wasn't into guys at that time. So she would turn them down then continue getting good grades in school. As she grew she started to realize that she loved being outdoors and learning about the weather. Then she turned 14 and something in her changed. She felt like she was connected in a powerful way to the weather surrounding her. Like every time she went outside and she was happy it was sunny, and if she went outside and it was rainy but she was happy it would get sunny. This all started to happen after her 14th birthday. Of course she didn't understand it and didn't tell anyone because she thought that they would think that she was crazy, plus she thought she was going crazy. A couple of days later some people showed up at her house saying that she was gifted with abilities, calling her some kind of Meta-human. They said that the towns odd weather patterns is how they found out that someone in the town was doing it. Her parents had to sit her down and explain to her that it runs in the family and they would have explained earlier but they didn't know till now that she had it. So they told her that she would have to go with these people for a while and she would be able to see her every holiday and what not. Samantha didn't like leaving her family but after a little bit more explaining the bad side of her gifts she realized that going with these people and getting her gifts under control would be the best for everyone. So a couple of days later the Hammel Institute people dropped her off at the school. Showed her her room, the rest of the school and left her to rest, it was a long trip.
Roleplay Example
Samantha walks out of her woman's dorm room wearing a white dress with lily flowers on it and some white and brown cowgirl boots. She walked out of the dorm and smiled up at the sun. She was feeling good today and the sun proved it. She knew that she was going to have a major headache later so she took her brown purse off of her arm and pulled out a couple of migraine capsules out. She then swallowed them down without any water. She had taken migraine medicine so often now that she could do it without water. Today she was heading down to the town to have lunch with some girls that she became friends with a couple of days ago. If only she knew where this place was that they wanted to meet. She had only been to town a couple of times, even then it was only the library and the mall. So with all this good thinking in her head she started walking towards the entrance, a little happiness in her walk.
