[Mary Savage]

Mary Anne Savage is the new maintenance person at Hammel. Basically, be nice to her or your dorm/classroom will mysteriously loose heating. xP

Friends-
She is very open to different kinds of people as friends, but she is most likely to befriend the troublemakers of Hammel, though not for the reasons most would think. It's not that she wants to cause trouble with them (which she might do anyway) but that she knows a cry for attention when she sees one and she wants to help people who have had hard lives like her own. She is a warm, caring person once you get past her tough-girl outer shell and will be a loyal and giving friend when she decides someone is worth trusting.

Lovers-
Mary is bisexual, but she is far more into women than men. She likes girly girls/pretty boys, and is most attracted to people who are both like her and not. Examples - they both love red lipstick, only the other girl looks classy in it instead of crazy. They both love pleather, but Savvy wears pants and dresses made of it and the other person has a jacket. So, similar interests in different ways. Physically she is attracted to people who are classically pretty, though she is not so picky she won't go after someone who is different.

Enemies-
Savvy is EXTREMELY loyal to Hammel and to her friends. You can go ahead and insult her all you want, she'll just be sarcastic about it, but if you mess with Hammel or it's staff she'll punch you in the face. (Watch out, MSAD!) Another way to get her to hate you is to squash one of the arachnids she is connected to. These spiders and their relatives mean a lot to her, and she feels their deaths very sharply. She also doesn't do subtle well, so if she doesn't like you you'll know.

[Ingrid Barnes]

If Mary works for Hammel, she undoubtedly knows the resident grandmama/mama figure Ingrid. She may have even had Ingrid as a teacher back when she was a student. In any case, Ingrid tends to mother all of her fellow staff members that let her and a few who don't. Ingrid's a busybody so maybe she's poking into Mary's life, given (un)wanted advice, and generally trying to figure the girl out and get someone to fix the stuff in her room.

And Ingrid's pretty crazy in her own right so why not double the insane fun?

Haha I think Savage would definitely remember Ingrid from her years as a student, and Ingrid would probably remember her as the girl who was a total smart ass no matter what. Probably drove Ingrid crazy in a motherly sort of way. If you want to thread I actually have an idea how to start it! They would totally drive each other nuts, just in the good way.
