POSITIVE

Ashley and Jennifer are similar in some respects. For example, they are both reckless. Ashley's definition of reckless is being a jack-ass and taking risks. His most recent being that he dived into the Lake at four in the mourning while it was covered in ice. If that is what Jen sees as reckless, there is a lot these two could pass time with together, but Ashley would keep a leash on how close she got to him. He'd probably know she is a player of sorts. These two also hate their mothers. But, Ashley hates a lot more of his family than that. He hates every. Single. One. From his mother, to his sister to his brother and father, and nothing will change his mind. They could relate, and have a bitching session if they felt up to it.


HOWEVER

Ashley knows the importance of education. He understand the social classes, and that education is the only way to get out of the pit of the scummy working class and into the upper classes and into fresh air. He was raised in a middle class family, but after moving to Hammel, no longer had the rights to the Shaw's inheritance -all of which is money. He wouldn't respect Jen for her lack of understanding just how important education is, and he knows that people in other countries walk miles to go to school because it is their only way out and to get the qualifications that they need. He understands that school and education are not the same things.

CONCLUSION

This relationship would be awkward. I've no idea how Jennifer will react to Ashley, but if she tries to mess with him, she has another thing coming. His power is also hard to mimic, because it is so hard to master. She'd only be able to use it if she concentrated on keeping it safe. If she tried to make an explosion without making sure to put a restraint on it, she'd most likely kill herself. Ashley also isn't a very touchy-feely guy. If they met for the first time, he would not let her touch him, but he'd be as respectful as possible. He doesn't like to make the bad moves.

LOGAN & JENNIFER

Logan's a guy who likes to have fun. He's also nice to almost everyone. They're the same age and probably taking the same classes. Looking at her history, they have a few things common, and to me, it seems like they would get along pretty well. Plus, he'll be easy for her to like. Let me put it like this, if Logan was an animal, he'd be a PARTY ANIMAL (but not the obnoxious drunk kind). Having fun is what he does best! Oh, did I mention that he's gay? Having a friend to do some guy watching with is always a plus! Feel free to PM me if you have any ideas or anything like that.

I could see Jen not really associating with him because he is so standoffish, and Jen wouldn't really want to waste her time. However if they are hanging out because Jen is hanging out with some of his friends or something she wouldn't be totally rude. So I am thinking acquaintances?

Well I figured I'd just post here because I can, and I'd give it a shot. I know you're already plotting with Luke, but maybe, just maybe I could get you to plot with Dylan. She's not necessarily wild, more of a hippy than a party girl, but she does share the animosity of school, and is a bit of a rebel herself. Maybe they could go for casual friends, although they are too different to be best friends, although their commonalities may come in handy when most needed in the future. What do you think?

I think Jen could help Ryane break out of her shell. so this could be kinda like student and mentor relationship. they will be quiet opposites while Jen is bringing out the more outgoing side of Rayne. Rayne could be bringing out the calmer and less reckless side.
