So Shane's little sister is coming into puberty age:
Jane Williams
The personality is pretty much up to you. There are some hints in Shane's bio as far as family dynamics and family lines.
Here are some general ideas I had for her:
Her and Shane are really close but I wouldn't be surprised if there is a thread of jealousy on her side for the attention he receives.
The family is VERY musical, their father is a music teacher so she will know how to play at the bare minimum: Piano, guitar, and singing, if not more.
They come from the greater Seattle area in the Lynnwood area. The family is very close knit and she'd be very well known in her area as Shane's sister. (again area for jealousy)
But other than that she keeps a slight eye on her older brother because of his disabilities.
Hair and Eyes are up to you but she would need to be Caucasian.
