Waiting for you [Steven]

Cali smiled as she walked into the doors. It was spring but it wasn't quit warm for what she wanted to do. The other day she had bought a new suit and she wanted to break it in for summer. Walking in the smell of the chlorine hit her and it was a happy smell. She walked straight to the lockers and took her clothes off. Luckily she had her swim suit underneath. Smiling wide as she let her suit show proud.

Walking out of the changing room she took another deep breathe. She actual was liking the smell. The smell meant summer was not too far away. Cali liked that idea. Sun bathing was a favorite of hers. Not even pulling her brown hair back, Cali walked to the edge of the deep end. Grinning as her toes touched the end. She dove into the pool. Letting the water soak her dark colored hair making it appear black underwater. Coming up for a breath she sighed and wondered if Steven had got her text.

Steven looked down at his phone as he entered into the pool area. He had been staring at the string of text messages that Cali and him had created in the span of an hour and laughing at the sound decision that was buying the plan with unlimited text. The large metal doors closed sending an echo through the large room. Steven had always liked private pools and had never saw one in a school before. He looked toward the water and admired the crystalline blue that sparked and the small black veins that had formed from the glow fluorescent lights above. As Cali poked her head out from the pool a smile formed on his lips. He crouched down on the side of the pool near a large diving board and waited for her to swim over. He had not changed yet and had decided to keep his swim trunks on underneath just for the sake of not having to walk around in the school in black and green shorts with patterns that resembled weed plants.

He stared silently as the thought of kissing her crept into his mind. He waited for her to notice and slipped his phone into his pocket. He would have to show her the texts so that they could laugh about it later, but for now he was far to focused on looking at the embodiment of beauty that swam gracefully in front of her. The sight of her dripping wet hair only made him want to run his hands through them and the water on her skin only made him want to hold her close and keep her warm. He decided to let her notice him instead of saying anything, it would be more fun that way, and if she didn't he could always jump in and shout "Rawr."

Opening her eyes fully she saw Steven. Quickly she swam to him. Her hair dragging behind her. opening her hazel eyes and blinked at him. "Hey. You got my text. You should get in here with me..." Cali pulled herself out of the pool. Slowly standing up. Smiling she basically was showing off her new bikini. "The water is pretty warm-ish.."

He looked down toward the girl and smiled, he had not seen Cali in what felt like an eternity. His shirt fell to the side of the pool along with is phone and pants. He dived into the water and came up alongside. He usually sat on the side of the pool to people watch, but Cali had a way of making him wanting to do more than the usual. As his head poked through the surface his arms wrapped around her, "You're warmish, the waters cold." he smirked as he wrapped his hands around the girl's waist and pressed his chest against her back.

In that particular moment he had forgotten that they were in a public pool. He kissed the back of her neck and hugged her tighter, "I missed you." His words were soft and lingered as he slipped off from her body and used his feet to push him further into the pool.
