There's nothing like the good old library it's silence like a labyrinth shielding us from the stress of the outside world. Tom liked the library it was his sanctuary it was a peaceful place where no one bothered you it was the ultimate place to be left "alone" his spirits lifted slightly as he walked in from taking a test for one of his science classes he felt he needed a break he whistled low enough not to disturb the librarian but to show his appreciation for this place .
He walked passed the front desk not saying a word and headed straight for his favorite deserted table he sat on the finely decorated chair as it made a slight noise he always wondered about this school and how it got it's money "strange..." he began to bring his concentration else where as he reached into his bag and took out a book it's grey look to it showed of how old it was or supposed to be it was a novel called Frankenstein Written By Mary Shelley. It was book about a man who brought a corpse back to life " I wonder if a person could really do this.."
Tom's mind began to wonder It was fun thinking of things like this, sometimes it destracted tom for a bit from his real problems with "sanity" and his powers. He smiled as he thought of his first year at hammel institute and how far he'd gone.
He's still have occasion episodes here and there but boy has he gone a long way . Questioning everything screaming out at people that he thought were imaginary his visits to the psychiatrist had decreased dramatically. He rests his book on the slightly polished table and opens it slowly His grey eyes scan the words on the pages of one of the first ever horror stories ever written his legs pushes out his back hunched slightly he reads.
