It was getting late. The kind of late where you want to go to sleep, but theres no way on the face of the earth that thats ever going to happen. That was how it was right now for Zaeric. His dormmates were asleep, so there was no chance for guitar. He'd already made the mistake of waking them up. Trust him when he says girls need thier beauty sleep. There were no sudden urges to write amazing poetry, and he couldn't think of anything else to do. So he slipped on his jeans and a tee, and headed out of the dorm, very quetly. The last things he wanted to do was wake anyone up or get caught.
The halls were echoingly empty, and it kind of bothered him. While he wasn't one to get actively involved in everything he still liked being around people. Even if those people didn't like being around him, Seeing the queiet emptiness just kind of creeped him out. The boy made his way quickly through the halls, already knowing his destination without even thinking about it. His feet dragged him along to the student lounge. There he could just chill for a bit without any interruption, right?
He slipped in, closing the door behind him. There was a tv, turned off, and a fooseball table. There was also a pool table, all the pool balls lined up in thier little triagnles. They were just begging to clatter noisily across the table in a flash of color. And who was Zaer to deny someone [or in this case something what they wanted? He grabbed a pool stick from the rack and a little blue cube. After staring at the cube for a moment he set it back down. As a kid he had always pilfered the cubes and ground them into blue dost to blow t his sister. Watching her run around screaming was kind of funny.
He aimed the stick at the balls, just thinking for a moment before moving. Then, a sharp nudge, and the balls scrambled all over. They were like scared animals running from a sword. He hit them a few more times, just to hit them around. It seemed like the night was only getting longer.
