Ok so I am going to give this another shot. This is Yulia’s former partner from when she was in the military unit. They were partners for roughly seven year and also attended Odarennyi around the same time before that. This was an all Meta unit, so naturally Evgeny is also a Meta. Here’s where things get a little complicated. Evgeny supposedly died over a year ago, in the same explosion that nearly killed Yulia and ended up getting her discharged from the military. However, they were wrong, he survived. How? Well that is your call, though if you need them I have some ideas. So the main concept here is that Evgeny is now going to Pilot Ridge, mostly because it’s a safe spot and he wants to get out of Russia. What this means: Congrats, your dead partner is actually alive, complicated shock and awe for all. Additionally what makes this fun, Yulia was (and pretty much is) head over heels in love with him, but she has kept her affections a big secret. So that means all those feelings are showing back up when he does for her. Now, it’s your cal for how Evgeny feels about anything and everything and I do want to leave this as open as possible so that you have plenty of room to work and develop him. The suggested PB up there is Bradley James, but he’s yours to mix up and create and we can discuss plot after. So someone take him and we’ll have plenty of fun.
