He can "see" objects without the need of his eyes nor electromagnetic/mechanical waves. This ability is constantly activated, although only granting him night vision and a wider and longer field of view (around 200° horizontal, 180° vertical) but can be focused to increase his FOV up to 360° degrees. When focused, this ability also allow him to see objects, in a hundred meters radio, from every direction, even if they are hidden by other objects, e.g. see can see all the objects inside a house or the inside parts of a machine. However since the power is not related to light in any way, he cannot see colors with this extended FOV, only shapes and sizes.
Drawbacks from excessive use may include temporal myopia and astigmatism along with headaches.

Excelled at most classes. from the beginning he was being watched as a possible recruit. Graduated in 1999 and recruited immediately into the military. Spent two years servicing before asked to join the special metahuman unit #$%&/ (unreadable). the unit now officially never existed.

2001 Data management. intelligence, behind the scenes. wasted potential, but eagle's loyalty and patriotism being tested.
2002 Data management. Scouting. intelligence gatherer. first field mission was a covert operation in Germany. his abilities proved him worthy of more field action.

2005 Black Ops. at his request. his abilities were more worthy in the intelligence area but in overall we couldn't afford to lose him and agreed to his request. first missions proved he was as good in action as he was behind it. good call.

2007 Black Ops. by now most unit operatives were forcefully working for us via document falsification and whatnot. eagle, however, was one of the few that happily enough agreed to keep working with us.

Mission 067A-H33
February 28, 2010. Spain. Covert mission. Mission objectives were to #$%&/ #$%&/ #$%&/ #$%&/ #$%&/ #$%&/ #$%&/ #$%&/ #$%&/ (unreadable). get in. find documents. get out. no blood. Intel was bad and the team met resistance. Orders were to leave, but Eagle stayed behind. following debriefing showed he had to in order to protect the safety of his unit. In an attempt to protect the information, place was blown up by the resistance. Most members were badly injured. Eagle's body was not found. Three weeks later Eagle returned to home command having completed the mission. he ended up not caught in the explosion, but was permanently separated from his team and was not able to reach them in time for the extraction. he was able to find the data his team were meant to and without the army's resources he managed to get back to Russia after three weeks. Taking advantage of the fact that he was now officially dead, Eagle was asked to keep working in more covert missions. Accepted after making a treaty. he asked us to let go the injured members of the mission and to stop any action that was preventing them from leaving before. unbeknownst to him, the incident had caught the higher ranks' attention and they forced us to let them go anyway.
For the following year the whole unit was under revision. On June 2011, the unit was deemed too expensive and dangerous to continue and was completely dismantled. Most remaining operatives were fired with a life-lasting pension and cover-up documents as standard soldiers. Eagle was provided with a new identity. due to the fact that he was officially dead. No history of military service was added to his new identity at his request. reason never explained, but probably an attempt to start a new life.
Current status:
Applied for a teaching job at Hammel Institute in Vermont, USA. Reason and loyalty to the Russian Federation questioned. a former comrade of the unit, Yulia Sokolov, resides at Pilot Ridge outside Hammel Institute. might be the reason. Being watched.Behind the M A S K . . .Name: Herl.
