The Basics
Name: William Michael Sommers
Nicknames: Will; Billy (he hates it though)
Age: 17
Orientation: Heterosexual
Desired Rank/Job:Hammel Student
Powers: Duplication - Will can produce clones of himself, up to about 4 of him ( not including the regular Will), all of whom have a changing personality each time. Physically, they're the same as Will, but are often conflicting with his personality. If one of his duplicates gets hurt, Will in turn gets hurt, though not as significantly. When they split from him, Will remains in the condition he was, as do they, but if he's hurt, they'll be hurt too. Plus, if they remain out of his body for too long it starts to hurt him, and could possibly kill him.

General Appearance:
Will is a tall, fairly muscular young man, who stands at about 6', which is above average. He's hardly exactly thin, and has a fair bit of muscle from regular exercise. He has hair which he tends to slick back, and is incredibly dark. From time to time he grows out a faint beard, but eventually gets bored and shaves it off.
He has an average size nose, that isn't particularly big or protruding compared to some. He has intense green eyes that tend to hold people's attention, and is normally seen with a smug crooked smile. His skin isn't exactly pale nor very tanned, and he has a square, muscular jaw, with chiselled cheekbones.
In terms of clothes, Will doesn't really bother himself too much about appearances. Normally he tends to wear plain t-shirts, with cargo pants and jeans. He occasionally wears open shirts over the top of this, but only when he can be bothered to take one off the hanger. He is known to be able to smarten himself up, but only does it when he thinks he needs to put in the effort.
Personality: While Will is a charming and friendly guy, he can also be an angry and impatient one too. He's easy to get to know on the surface, and is willing to share a joke with people or talk to them freely. However, deep down he is a darker person, and lets very few people see this, and only if he trusts them.
He has a tendancy to get angry over certain things and to act rashly at times, especially under pressure. While this isn't a constant thing, when he does he tends to get quite violent and aggressive. He's quite impatient at times, and puts a lot of effort into getting the things he wants in life, and puts a lot of time into it too. He bases a lot of what he thinks about people on first impressions, and can be the sort of person you don't want to get on the wrong side of, but he allows people to make amends.
However, he is a kind individual, even if he does have his flaws, and is a good friend to most. He comforts those in need and laughs with others. Due to his powers, he's often tired, but he still puts in the effort to put a smile on his face. He likes to have a flirt on occasion, but doesn't consider himself a ladies man, and is fairly modest. His duplicates come with a range of personalities, some of which match his, others though are more timid, or more angry, but most are argumentative with him, and their personalities are never consistent.

History
Will was born in New York City, to a happy family, who were struggling to get by in the city. While Will's parents were earning enough to get by in life, it took a lot of work and they didn't get to spend too much time with Will. However, he was still a friendly, happy child, who got along with the kids in the neighbourhood.
At school, he had a circle of friends, and was fairly good at most of the subjects. Eventually though, he started to make a few enemies, and was fairly aggressive to them, calling them names. Eventually, aged 8, he got into a scrap with one boy and had to be pulled apart and sent home. His Mom and Dad gave him a stern telling off, and he took it to heart, but he still couldn't et rid of the anger he had towards this other pupil.
But Will grew up, and though he still struggled to hold back his anger, he got on with life, and kept it to himself. At age 13 though, his life took a dramatic turn, that nobody he knew expected. One guy at school kept picking on him, calling him names and pushing him around. Eventually he stood up to the bully, but when he did, several copies of Will grew from out of him. Will didn't even notice this, and all 5 of him leapt on the bully and managed to beat him up. Only afterwards was he stunned by the sudden appearance of other versions of him.
His parents were distraught and confused over this sudden appearance of more Wills. Eventually though, the Hammel Institute contacted them to explain the situation, and how they could offer Will a place to learn to control his powers. Nervously, they agreed, in hope that not only would Will be able to control this new power, but that he could also learn to control this apparent temper.
He was sent off to the school, and seemed to fit in well with the place, but still struggled with his powers. He found that his duplicates were unruly and didn't want to cooperate with Will, wanting to run free instead. This only seemed to cause Will's anger problems to get worst, and though he tries to keep it to himself, it still seems to manifest inside him. Now at 17, his experience with his powers has grown, and is slowly learning to negotiate with his other selves, even if he still struggles to keep his temper in line.
Roleplay Example
"You sure about this?"
"Yeah, now shut up and get back inside! We're going to be late for class," Will argued, staring at an exact copy of himself.
To most people, this would be rather weird. In fact, it still freaked him out on occasion when he thought about it, but this was part of his life. There were other versions of him. 4 to be precise, not including his regular self. Though they were handy at times, very rare times to be frank, they were a bit of a burden on Will's shoulders. Whether they were holding him back, like now, or the exact opposite. For instance, he one discovered one of him stumbling back into his dorm after a night of drinking, while he'd been asleep. He really didn't like that version of him.
"Alright, calm down! I'm just saying, are you sure you don't want to have a sicky? You look tired, man..." the other Will reasoned, leaning against the wall.
"Who's faults that? Oh yeah, yours! You lot are up all night doing who know's what, and that only makes me tired, you know that right? I might actually have to have my own curfew for you guys!" Will shouted back.
The other Will looked sheepishly down at his feet, before slowing walking over to the regular Will and looked up, apologetically. He nodded, and then grabbed a hold of Will, and melded back into him. Will felt a shiver go down his spine, but shook it off, knowing that at this rate he'd probably miss most of his class.
"I don't know how I'm going to stay awake in this class..." he muttered, and ran off to the door.
