General Appearance:
Felicity is not the type of woman to blend into a crowd. For starters, she's nearly six feet tall and lovingly referred to by her wife as a "Blonde Bombshell." She's a full figured woman with wide hips, a comparatively small waist, and an ample bosom. Despite not being the idealistic size in today's standards, she's comfortable in her own skin and not afraid to flaunt her curves every now and then. Felicity's love of bright colors, exotic patterns, and general bohemian style also tend to draw attention, though whether it's in a good or bad way, she can never tell.
Her face is heart-shaped with high cheekbones, big blue eyes, a narrow nose, and a mouth that was made for smiling. She keeps her bright blonde hiar around shoulder length, long enough to be cute and girly, but short enough to easily sweep out of her way when she's baking. Felicity's skin is an even pale tone, as she's against even the idea of tanning. Ask her about it and she'll make some remark about premature aging or skin cancer.
Most everything else about Felicity is relatively low-key. She doesn't wear a lot of make-up, she keeps her fingernails short and tidy, and prefers flat sandals and athletic shoes over heels (not like she needs the extra height, anyways.)
Personality:
Felicity is nothing if not practical.
From issues like money to more frivolous ones like what color throw rugs would look good in the living room, Felicity carefully weighs her every decision. It's only once in a blue moon that she lets impulse get the better of her, then usually regrets it afterwards. She's a very diligent woman, though plagued with time management issues, and usually stresses herself over the small things more than she should.
Most of the time, to people other than Lia, she seems like she's constantly stuck in a good mood. Felicity bottles everything and thinks it's inappropriate for others to see her when she's angry or upset, so she masks everything with a smile. She only lets that faulter when she's home alone with her wife. That's not to say that she's often down in the dumps or mad, because that would be far from the truth, but when it happens she tries to hide it. Lia has long since learned to distinquish between a real smile and a fake smile, however.
Stubborn is another good word to describe Feli. Once she's made up her mind, it'll take more than a hurricane to get her to budge. She tries not to form opinions too rashly, though when something flips her trigger, or if someone makes her mad, it's hard to get her mind off it. She'll hold a grudge until the day she dies unless she can be proven wrong.

Strengths:
Finances - She's got a natural head for accounting, though never pursued it formally. She does all of the work for her business and helps Lia out with Peekaboo too.
Baking - She promises that you'll never taste anything as good as her cakes, brownies, and cookies.
Determination - When Felicity sets her mind to something, it's getting done no matter how long it takes or how many times she fails in the process.
Weaknesses:
Jealousy - Even though she's married to the love of her life, she still has a tendency to get jealous whenever Lia is paying attention to someone else more than her.
Time Management - Feli has a tendency to both procrastinate and overestimate the time it will take her to complete projects. She's still working on this.
Forgetful - If Feli doesn't write something down, there's an 80% chance that she'll forget it. She has a dedicated calendar and notebook for her job, but everything else gets scribbled on scraps of paper littered throughout the house.

History
Felicity was an Oops! baby. Her parents were young, barely in their twenties, when Marianne found out she was pregnant. Aaron, having a strong sense of responsibility as well as a great amount of love for Marianne, stuck by her side throughout the pregnancy, even if his parents did not agree with it.
For a while things were rough, the two of them were barely living paycheck to paycheck, and the doctor's bills only seemed to get bigger and bigger. They were living in a tiny apartment in a run down building, as it was all they could afford. When little Felicity Anne was born, however, she seemed to make everything better. Money was still tight, but having a little baby girl to hold and care for made it feel a little easier.
Felicity turned two before things actually got better. Her father was promoted to a much higher paying job, due to the long hours that he had been putting in and his willingness to go above and beyond, and within a couple months they were finally able to afford their first house. A year after that and the two finally had the wedding ceremony they had always wanted, with little Felicity as the flower girl. (Though she threw the petals and then picked them right back up again.)
Her childhood was mostly uneventful. She did well in school, though not outstanding, and wasn't a part of very many extracurricular activities. She played tennis in high school to avoid having to take P.E. and spent a semester in journalism, though her goals were never clearly defined. She didn't know what she wanted to do after high school, didn't have any aspirations aside from living a comfortable life with a job that she loved.
College wasn't so much a choice as it was what she thought she needed to do after high school. Her friends were all going off to college as well, so she did it too. It took a few meetings with an adviser before she decided to become a Philosophy major, and spent a few years working towards her degree.
It was during her second year at college when she got a new roommate, a Miss Ophelia Howard. The two bonded almost immediately and it took only another year before Felicity realized that the only reason she was staying in college was because it meant she was close to Lia.
Ever since her early teens, Felicity had a sort of fascination with baking. She would spend hours in the kitchen making cakes, brownies, cookies, cupcakes, and pies. She taught herself how to ice cupcakes, how to layer and fill cakes, but she had never thought it would be possible to make a living doing that. She would bake little treats for Lia and deliver them to between classes. Somehow, her name got around and soon people were asking her about the cute little designs she'd made out of fondant and icing. It was then that Felicity decided she was fed up with the whole college routine and bored with the classes she'd been methodically taking.
She consulted Lia with her decision to drop out at the end of the semester and received a rather shocking confession from the younger woman. Lia liked her. Now, Felicity had never really thought about her sexuality. She had a couple short-term boyfriends in high school, but nothing serious. At the time, Felicity didn't know what to say. Sure, she was incredibly fond of the redhead, but it took a couple days before Feli was ready to commit to a relationship with the other woman. It turned out to be the best decision of her life.
When she left college to focus on her baking, she began to realize just how much she cared for Lia. It was only when she was away for weeks on end, seeing her girlfriend every couple weekends, but talking on the phone almost every night, that it really hit home how big of a part of her life that Lia had become. For several years, their life together was punctuated with distance and work and classes, though they managed to make it work. Lia's graduation was a welcome occasion because now it meant they could finally move on in their lives. Feli's business remained small but successful and there was no shortage of customers, so she used money that she had saved up towards renting a bigger apartment for the both of them.
Lia's shop began to blossom after that and the two women had a very comfortable income to rely on. For a while they were happy, they had a nice home, three beloved pets, and each other. As the years flew past, however, Felicity couldn't help but thinking things could be a little better. She wanted Lia as more than a girlfriend, she wanted her as a wife. She didn't care that Montana was still in the dark ages when it came to same-sex relationships, there were ways around that, and the laws didn't change how she felt about Lia. So she presented her lover with a specially made cake, her proposal written in baby blue icing on top. Only one moment topped the feeling of joy that she felt when Lia said yes.
That moment would be the moment when they exchanged vows after packing everything up to move to Vermont. Felicity felt on top of the world as she held Lia's hands in her own and promised to spend the rest of their lives together, promised to love her through anything and everything.
Now they live in a quaint little cottage in Pilot Ridge, Lia with a brand new shop and Feli with a whole new set of customers, having just celebrated their first anniversary. The two woman intend for this to be their forever home, let's just hope it stays that way.
