Any Tattoos?
None. A piercing was enough.
Any Scars?
None. he was a very careful kid, trying to make sure to stay away from even a paper cut.
General Appearance:
Andrei always protest that he doesn't have a specific style even if he is mostly seen sporting a casual buttoned-up shirt and a clean pair of jeans. Every morning, mostly, he can be seen in a white v-neck and a pair of green shorts, jogging around town and working out in the gym every Saturday. He makes sure he fits in the range of being considered as lean rather than muscular. He doesn't want to bulk up and be mistaken as just another muscle jock. He tries his best to keep himself fit and healthy. He knows the side effects of his powers and tries his best to counter them with a healthy lifestyle.
He wears a thin black framed low-graded glasses. He can see normally without them but it gives him that confidence and sense of protection from the space beyond the lens. It helps him create that barrier from the world whenever he needs some time alone. He takes them off when he works, or when he goes out, but he always falls back on them whenever he reads a book before bed.
He is practically deaf when he was his earphones plugged in his ears. He would look like a complete snob until he removes them, smiles, and greets a "good morning".
When he sprouts his four wings, his are elongated and parallel to each other. When he was young, he thought to have them resemble as dragonfly's but with little research, he realized it resembles more of a damselfly, with folding them flat parallel to his body being more comfortable than any other position.
He did become the talk of the town when he moved in three years ago. Why did he choose Pilot Ridge? --Because he didn't know where else to be where he can sprout his wings and not be treated as a walking freak show.
Personality:
Andrei was and is still quite an observant. He went through a transformation when he left and lived on his own.
When he was a kid, he was the silent one. Never spoke a word until asked, or needed to. He was always quiet and had his bug eyes opened to the whole world. He perceived the world completely different from his parent's point of view. He understood what was socially accepted and rejected. He knew who he wanted to be is different from who he has to be.
He is a slightly a clean freak. He won't admit to it, though you'll see him have his books alphabetically arranged by category with the ones with the most thick books at the bottom-most shelf and the ones with the most pictures at the top-most. His kitchen isn't really spotless but he keeps his sink free of dirty dishes. He looks over his crowded workspace because he is too focused on finishing before a deadline but when he isn't as busy as he usually does, he'll keep things poled and filed with sticky notes.
He also doesn't like to see people littering. When he does, he imagines himself shoving their head back to the trash they threw and he continues with his day. If you're with him, don't litter, he'll actually shove your trash down your shirt.
When he was finally on his own, he was still slightly socially incompetent, always writing on his journal or typing on his computer. He spent most time indoor but went out when he feels too cut-off from the world. He seldom left his apartment and didn't feel the need to be with anyone. He was always invited to parties by his friends, (He feels unworthy to be considered as a friend, he rather be called an acquaintance but he doesn't feel the need to argue. He is thankful) and went, but sat on a corner or got into a weird conversation about the cheese.
When he moved to Vermont, he loosened up. He felt home like how he felt when he was at Eisai. Yes, he was all reserved when he was studying, but he was much more open there than when he was anywhere else, and Vermont was giving him that same feeling. He spoke more and socialized more with new friends and workmates. Sometimes, he blanks out reminiscing on the past and gets his friends see him get lost in thought, but he usually snaps back in place.
Now, he's completely went through his metamorphosis. A changed man, walking high and proud of who he is and done everything with finesse and grace. He is still a bit recluse when he's with his parents or even when he thinks about them. Ever since he came out, his relationship with his parents slowly deteriorated but everything else seemed to improve.
He barely get sarcasm until he sees a smile or a short chuckle. It tends to ruin his day and makes him think about it until he sleeps. He easily gets mood swings, a three second change from smiles to worries, when someone jokes about being mad at him.
I'm not really sure what to add on.
He still can't handle rejection very well. The rejection his parents gave him didn't sit with him properly and though he smiles to hide the pain, he's still very much scared of people shunning him at times. He generally tends to go with the crowd but masks his bandwagon joining by a big grin. He doesn't want to be outcasted any more that he does tend to be a little bit of a pushover, though he won't openly show it so. He hardly say "no".
He's no longer shy to show how he feels. He "bloomed" with his inner-child tucked within, protected with wings and dusts.

History
Paul grew up under his parent's care. He followed whatever they said and did what is asked of him but secretly kept what he wanted bottled inside.
Paul Andrei McQueen was born on a warm spring evening with his weak whimper barely filling the delivery room. His infancy was silent and he never spoke a word until he was four. He never troubled his parents. He never got lost and was always behind mother whenever they went out. Father was a revered figure and he, along with his siblings, was expected to actively participate in church activities. He wasn't as responsible and talented as Ruth, or as approachable as Mason, nor was he as adorable as the youngest, Timothy. Being the younger middle child made him more unnoticeable than the older middle child --but he didn't mind. It was comforting.
When he was eight, he already knew the possibility of migration due to father's occupation. He didn't need elaborated goodbyes or timely packing like the rest of his family. He was young and he didn't have much friends to say goodbye to or had too many things to pack. He always knew what he needed and never asked for much. All his things were packed in two boxes and his clothes on two luggage bags. (thanks to his mother's packing skills)
When they migrated to the Philippines, he felt a different kind of comfort. Being a weird kid in a strange new world made him feel at home. He was still the loner kid who was always trailing behind his mother and sat in silence during mass. Unlike his siblings, school was still the same to him, they were welcomed warmly, and he was on a corner. He then stuck out like a sore thumb when he had classes along with the locals. He was always talked about, he didn't know if it was a good thing or not but he assumed the latter. He had good grades and had eyes on him but he knew it was just because he was different.
When he was twelve, the whole family found out about Mason's powers, he felt ecstatic. He felt that sudden connection with his brother, a different kind of bond. He didn't know what it was then but he understood soon. He always felt different, even within his family, but not anymore. He spent the following days with Mason. He even asked his parents if he could stay at home and take care of of his older brother. He reasoned out that Mason needed someone just in case something happen. He also spent most of his time eating lunch with him. They bonded a lot during the whole week and Mason was the only one he opened up to. He didn't really opened up to Mason, he also didn't say much, either. He just felt... comfortable around him. After a week, a recruiter from Eisai, a lovely Filipina lady who called herself Stephanie, knocked at their door and explained everything to Mason and his family. Father wanted him to move to an American school, but Stephanie felt that, since Mason was under their jurisdiction, he has to go to Eisai. He did go with Stephanie, and after a year, he went to Hammel.
When his brother left, he reverted back to his old ways, not that he changed, he just felt he did. Since then, being the sole middle child had him do his brother's chores. He actually socialized more because he needed to and found himself to have friends. It took him some time. His classmates first thought of him being weird but slowly, everybody was giving him that warm fuzzy friendship feeling inside.
His life got quiet when he was fourteen and got into highschool in the Philippines. He left home for classes in the morning and went straight home afterwards, in the afternoon. He still has friends but never saw them outside of school. Being the foreigner in class had eyes and expectations on him. The older students found out about his existence and found him to be on annoyance. They bullied him because of his difference and his indifference.
There was this kid, Richard, who was always really kind to him. Richard said he had seen him with his brother and knew how it felt to be away from the only close family member. They became really close friends. They always spent lunch together and stayed after school just to share a little more time with one another. He started to have dreams about Richard and how amazing life would be with him. It progressed to fantasies and sharing sweet nothings to each other. He also then spent half of his PE classes in the toilet, hiding his boner. Knowing his father's position, he was in denial. He had to. He spent the next couple of months confirming his sexuality. He accepted it. He's gay.
He spent his fifteenth birthday wish for his father's compassion. He admitted it to them, hoping to have the same outcome like Mason's, with a "God has a Plan" speech, but no. He was scolded and had himself crying to sleep for nights. Father told him to not tell anybody about the conversation. His father was still furious about the idea. He spent the rest of the school year with Richard, with their usual bond. He never spoke of his feelings. He didn't had the chance.
One night, Richard asked Paul to sneak out. They went to a twenty-four hour convenient store and just spent some time together. Richard confessed to Paul his feelings. He was frozen. He knew what he wanted to do but felt otherwise. Paul had his eyes down for quite some time and when he looked at Richard with teary eyes and just as he was about to say no, he felt Richard's lips strongly pressed against his. He felt dragonfly wings beating inside his stomach, a fire burning in his chest and a tingle up his spine. When they opened their eyes, he was holding Richard and they were hovering in midair. Richard looked at him with fear of loosing the most important person in his life than fear of plumbing to the ground. He didn't feel that their difference should be a hindrance to their feelings. He knew he had to keep this secret if he wanted to be with Paul. Sadly, Stephanie knew this days after.
She visited the McQueens once more and father immediately agreed for Paul to leave. Paul knew since then that his leaving was not solely because of his meta-humanity but because father didn't want people to gossip about him having a gay son.
He went to Eisai but left his heart in the Philippines. He chatted with his brother and they got closer because of their difference. He chatted with Richard and tried their best to not lose connection, but, as any premature long distance relationship, it didn't last long. (Richard still kept Paul's secret)
He dedicated his life at Eisai in studies. He knew being in a relationship should not be the main focus of his life there. It was enough that he accepted himself for who he is. He bottled up his emotions and wrote stories of how amazing life would have been with Richard. He continued to study and he continued to write. When he graduated, he went back to America and continued his writing.
With his childhood and his teens spent alone and with tons of books, he didn't feel the need to take up a literary major. He got a small gig for a magazine and worked his way from writing articles to short novels. He started to write and produced good books, two of which became best-sellers.
Time came when Paul knew about his brother's situation. He invited himself to Pilot Ridge to stay with him. It was difficult for Mason but Paul tried his best to cheer him up, in his awkward impractical way. He had a difficult time juggling everything but knew he has to be there for his brother. He improved his social skills and brought home enough for him and his brother.
He resigned from the magazine and found a job for the local newspaper but, sometimes, is still asked if he could write a few articles for the said magazine. he couldn't say no. When he left for the newspaper, he thought he'd have more time to spend for himself and some more to help his brother. He did.
He realized the wonders of having more time to spend for himself, of knowing life aside from the ones he created in his head. He became more aware of the world. After a few months, he knew his brother had to move on sooner or later. He told him this and Mason was enraged by the idea. He confronted him about it and soon, they found him a job at Hammel.
Mason continued to stay with his brother. Paul feared something might happen to him if he left. He continued his life socializing with everyone. He sometimes thinks of father and mother back in the Philippines and thought of having a proper closure with them. He wanted to straighten out those loose ends.
Paul is being more sociable now, much more than he expected and became more open to new ideas. He felt that sudden improvement now that he's close to his brother again. They went to an amusement park once and he rode all the roller coasters. He also tasted a lot of strange delicacies, like crickets and animal intestines. (o.0). He became a changed man. He never knew he missed out on alot of things in his life.
He wants to live. And, so, he does.
Roleplay Example
The sun is barely half way up the sky when Andrei got back home from his morning jog. His chest expanding as he catches his breath. His damp shirt silhouetting his lean muscles underneath. His sweat, glazing his body with a shine and ran along the contours of his arm.
He walked over his door and stretched his arms up with his shirt barely revealing his garter waistband. Cracking his neck and back, he felt that relief from the back pain he grew to know. The time in Eisai taught him how to completely conceal his secret and walk perfectly straight.
He opened the front door, and with one swift motion, took his shirt off with one hand and locked the door behind him with the other. He grabbed his glasses he left on the table beside the door and made his way to the kitchen. He needs to have his morning dose
of coffee before waking up his brother and starting his day.
The sound of grinding coffee beans filled the household but wasn't enough to wake the sleepy head up stairs. Four transparent wings started to to slowly peel out from the center of his back and reflected the light passing through the window panes. The strange sensation didn't bother him as much any more. He got used to it but the back pain was still an issue.
He pulled out two coffee mugs and placed them beside the coffee machine before silently fluttering his way up the stairs and into his brother's room. he made sure not to wake Mason up as he hovered above the figure under the blanket.
"WAKE UP!!!!! " His wings stopped fluttering.
