Just a couple questions~!

Um, hi! I have a couple questions about a character idea I have in mind.

Okay, so, my thoughts are could a character's manifestation cause a disorder or such? I'm wondering because I'd like a character with probability manipulation, and with the chaos that comes out of the manifestation he would develop Dissociative Identity Disorder (or Multiple Personality Disorder). Is this a possible scenario?

My other question is would a meta-human in Canada also attend Hammel, if so would they become an American citizen or have green card?

Hi Kurat!

It is a possibility for characters to develop mental illnesses. We just ask that it's handled respectfully and not used as a gimmick. If you'd like to discuss this more or have any other questions on the matter, feel free to PM me.

Hammel does have jurisdiction over Canada, so they would be recruited to Hammel upon manifestation. As far as citizenship, that would be at the discretion of the student whether or not they would like to apply for it after they've met the legal requirements. They would have a green card.

Thanks for the quick response! I just wanted to make sure such an idea was ok because on another site I was flat out refused for a similar idea. I'll write out an application and register ASAP!
