Sean lives in a house that is too large for a single man, because he'd bought it when involved in family planning with someone who then ended the relationship and moved across the country. He didn't move because he still had hope at the time for starting a family of his own, which didn't pan out. On the plus side, it is excellent for house parties and Halloween.
