General Appearance:
Cee is an odd-looking fellow. His ex girlfriend called him more of a bird than ape, due to his pointed features, hair that generally tended to stick up all over the place, and beak-like long nose. It never really helped that his movements tended to be jerky instead of smooth, had a tendency to squint, and ate twice his body weight in food on a regular basis without appearing to gain weight.
He's tall--around six feet--and very thin. This is due to a good metabolism and because he forgets to eat on a regular basis, usually when working on some kind of project. His clothes never fit him right (he buys them at Good Will because it's cheap and easy) and tend to be not very nice, ranging from t-shirts and jeans to...ripped t-shirts and jeans. His hands are perpetually covered in oil grease on the weekends, and a lot of the time his eyebrows seem to be missing. Not that it seems to matter, because he'll always come in with a cheerful grin that never really leaves his face and the words "I know what I did incorrectly!" on his lips.
Cee also has an eye condition called "Keratoconus," which means that the center of his eye has developed a cone like shape instead of being round. It gives him a lot of vision issues and tends to discombobulate people, so he prefers it not to be mentioned.
Personality:
Cee is...odd. This is what everyone agrees on. On the more positive side, he's a very cheerful human being who doesn't seem to hate anyone. He won't go out of his way to introduce himself to anyone, but if introduced he will vigorously shake hands and announce his name in loud friendly tones. He likes to talk, likes to ask questions and likes to learn every detail there ever was about a person's life. He's a very chatty person. But one might say he's almost too friendly. He doesn't get the concept of "go away" and "leave me alone," and it is very hard to get him to shut up.
He has a good memory for all these details, which is one of the reasons he's good at his job with repairing. He tends to remember almost anything he is told, which can be a bad thing, because Cee is also obsessed with words. Specifically big ones. He likes anything that has more than three syllables, and uses them on a regular basis no matter who he's talking to. In spite of this, he's pretty intelligent and can, if you catch him on a day when he's focused/hasn't had caffeine, hold a reasonable and rational conversation that isn't held at his usual light speed.
Cee is blessedly free of prejudices but instead imbibed with a heavy dose of paranoia. He didn't always used to be like this. However, after the death of his siblings, Cee became a fanatic about conspiracy theories. He began researching all sorts of topics and will bring them up once he is sure the person he's speaking to isn't out to get him (which takes about five minutes, because Cee is still a trusting and pretty naive soul). His computers have two different security programs on them and his door has about five different locks. He also tends to be pretty jumpy around police because he thinks they know he's onto them.

History
The Cohens weren’t ready for children. That was what they always said to each other, before Cee was born. Lindsey and Marcus were in high school together in California, and one night of fooling around led to pregnancy just before they were supposed to graduate high school. Marcus was working as a mechanic and Lindsey didn’t have a job, but neither wanted to explore other options, so Marcus married Lindsey and soon after, Cornelius Connor Cohen was born (Lindsey had a thing for ‘C’s). He was an odd child. He started talking very early and never stopped after that, pointing to various things and demanding explanations for them from the time he was over a year old. He was, in other words, exhausting. It helped that he was always pretty easy going and never seemed to mind wherever his parents decided to take him, whether to his father’s auto shop or to his mom’s work in the grocery store. He’d tottle around their little trailer, and when he was five, began taking appliances apart until his mother gave in and got him an electronics set. He was, as she put it, precocious. However, he wasn’t as precocious in class. Spelling in particular came hard to him, and after one memorable misspelling of his name, he gained the nickname of “K.K.K” by his teachers and promptly became one of the shyer members of the classroom. He did, however, make sure after that incident that his nickname was “Cee,” and would try to explain that to people before anyone called him anything else (especially Cornelius).
Although Cee seemed to be lacking common sense, his academic knowledge seemed to be excellent. Once out of elementary school, he got over his paralyzing shyness in front of his classmates and began to talk again, and his grades were superb—especially in math and science. There was a brief time when this wasn’t the case: when he was twelve, he began to have issues seeing. His parents scraped together the funds to send him to the doctor, where it turned out Cee had a rare eye condition. They gave him glasses, but this didn’t help as much as they’d hoped. Still, he adapted to his nearsighted qualities and dealt with it, allowing his grades to improve again. His parents stopped talking about how difficult it was to feed all three mouths and instead about the possibilities of Cee getting a scholarship and going to college, something that no other members of his family had done. Of course, this would’ve been easier had Lindsey not wanted more kids. When Cee was fourteen, his mother had twins who she named Claire and Clark, which stressed the family’s already thin budget. Surprisingly, Cee turned out to love his siblings. He’d babysit them while he wasn’t in school and spent every spare moment he had with them. They were the reason he went to community college, taking out loans to do so, and working with his dad in the car repair shop. Eventually, he got a scholarship to go to an engineering school in New York and moved there. He stayed there, getting a job as a computer security programmer. He made enough to fly out to California on a fairly regular basis, mostly so he could see Claire and Clark. Soon enough, it turned out he didn’t have to. Claire and Clark turned out to be a gestalt pair, and were taken to Hammel to be trained.
It was startling to everyone, and initially hard for Cee to deal with. He loved both his siblings as separate entities, and the idea of that being lost was unnerving. However, he eventually adapted, and was happy enough to have the twins closer to him. His job was stable enough. He started to date a vice cop named Anna and got his teaching credential so he could teach computer courses from time to time, both for the extra cash and because he and the academic world went together quite well. His siblings were doing well in school, and when Cee was 31, they decided to come to New York so Cee could show them around the schools there.
At least, that was the idea. They never made it. They were caught in a hit and run accident on the way there, and were killed. Cee’s reaction wasn’t a good one. He became obsessed with the idea that the “accident” hadn’t been one at all: that it was some kind of conspiracy. What kind? Well, against metas, against gestalt pairs, against him, against anything. His longtime girlfriend dumped him and his paranoia and poor work performance got him fired. After going through a lot of therapy, he requested a job at Hammel. He’s been working there for about a year now, and other than being regularly kicked out of his residences for things that go “bang” in the night, he seems to be stabilizing at long last.
