The BasicsName: Georgina Speer
Nicknames: George
Age: 18 (as of 2015)
Orientation: Hetrosexual
Desired Rank/Job: Student
Powers: Tracking: When she tracks somebody, she can see them and their surroundings, and her mental image can move around the person and a certain distance from them so she can work out where they are if they don't know the area. To track a person, she must know what their face looks like and their full name, otherwise she might track the wrong person, or she won't be able to find them. After tracking for a short amount of time (up to a few minutes), she might get a minor headache or forget why she was tracking the person. This wears off after a few minutes. If she tracks for long amounts of time, she will become overcome with migraines and amnesia, forgetting where she is, who she is and why she was tracking. These side effects can last from about 15 minutes up to 3 or 4 hours.
Play By: Ellen PageThe DetailsHair Color: Brunette
Eye Color: Brown
Any Piercings? Just ears
AnyTattoos? When she's older, she might get one, but she has none as of this moment.
Any Scars? Just a little one in her ankle where some idiot threw a sharp pole at her and it lodged itself in there... that was not a good day.
General Appearance: May I introduce Miss Georgina Speer to you all? She's the one over there, with the medium length, straight brown hair. Ah, she's heard me. Now that she's turned around you can see her large brown eyes and cute little nose. She has some wonderful cheekbones and a gorgeous smile with slightly crooked teeth, but that just makes it more adorable. All of her features are framed together in her sweet heart-shaped face. And now she's covering her face with her hat: you won't catch her anywhere without a hat, that's for certain. She has a pretty extensive collection of hats for every occasion.
Let's move on to her body and clothing, yes? Ok, she's around 5'7", so not too tall, but not a hobbit either. She owns a decent weight, an alright body. It could be better if she would be bothered to move her ass off of the sofa everyone now and again. Yes, I'm talking about you George, don't look at me like that. You will never see her in a dress, it's just not her style. I've heard her saying something comparing dresses to curtains trying to be fancy once, I think. You'll normally catch her in jeans and some sort of a top, and she likes to wear converse or boots. And that's about it for her looks.
Personality: So, now let's talk about how she acts as an average human being. Are you ready for this, George? I can see you shaking your head but I don't care, lets get on with it: Georgina can be a charming person. When she wants to be. She's very much a tom-boy with slight girlish tendencies, such as the facts that she wears makeup, likes cute things and will watch sappy movies every once in a while. She can be extremely cheeky and sometimes doesn't know when she's stepping over the line, but she's a lot of fun to be around and isn't a bad person, per say. She treats those that she loves as she would like to be treated and tries to live most days to their fullest.
But as I said before, she treats those that she likes with respect; she can grow a sharp tongue to those who annoy her or offend her. It's her defence mechanism. It's not the most effective way of dealing with those kinds of problems, and it has given her difficulties in the past, but she is strong-willed and intelligent, not someone to ignored or stepped on. She is thoughtful and often tends to float away with her own thoughts. She can also be irresponsible, by using her gift to trick or prank her peers. She has a love of music: she can sing and has been learning guitar since she was 6. She's confident and sarcastic, but an amazing woman as well.Your VicesLikes:She likes the colour Maroon and she adores puppies, especially huge, lively ones! She likes gaming and will happily spends hours on end in front of a TV with a controller. She loves the smell of really fresh, crunchy bread but then again, who doesn't? She enjoys reading soppy novels as well asrevved up action-adventure recounts of battle and glory, and she will enjoy either with a mug of hot chocolate and a couple of biscuits. Or some cupcakes. Did someone mention flapjacks? She likes those too. In fact, she loves baked goods on the whole. Bring on the brownies! She likes people that she can relate to and those who are generally quite pleasant. Personally, I think she's having an affair with her laptop, she uses it so much, I wouldn't be surprised. And one of the things she loves most in the world is her hat collections; its her pride and joy.
Dislikes: Time for complaints: oh the wonder. She doesn't like to shop for the sake of shopping. I need a present for my dad? She'll be there in a second. Let's go buy some nachos? She's already out the door. Do you wanna go shopping later? ...what's the point? She hates having to stay in one place for too long, its too boring. She can't stand the taste of bananas, its like eating a soft candle, why would you choose to do that? She hates having to be sensible or serious unless it's something she's really passionate about. And why does the colour pink exist?
Strengths: She's a natural comedian, great with the comebacks and quick on the draw. She's an intelligent being and a fast learner, eager to develop her talent. She's a creative person as well and is very confident about everything she does. She's true to herself, which is rare these days, and she isn't afraid to speak her mind when she thinks such a thing needs to be done.
Weaknesses: One of George's strongest talents is her ability to not care less, which she does a lot. Her intelligence can develop into arrogance, which is not the most flattering trait. She's impatient by nature, wanting to get on and do things by hand and move around instead of sitting and listening. Even though she's not purposefully bad, her sharp tongue has gotten the better of her many times in the past, causing her more trouble than she's worth.
Fears: She's afraid of losing the respect she has earned from the people she loves. And she's not a fan of heights either.
Secret: She doesn't like her ability. Ever since she's come to the Academy and seen the other kids' talents, hers seems minuscule and boring in comparison.Family TiesFather: Joseph Speer, 45

Any Other Important People:She owned a large dog called Russell as a child and they would play together everyday. Russell is no longer with us though.HistoryBorn on November the 26th in a London hospital, Georgina Speer was the embodiment of a bouncing baby girl, happy almost all of the time and her childlish laughter could cheer up any soul around. When she went to kindergarten, she flourished, learning more and more everyday. She found every test and challenge was a piece of cake, and always too easy. As she grew and grew, she began to lose the ability to try harder and started to put in less effort because she seemed to do just as well that way as before, so she quickly became bored. This meant she fell into the way of pranking. To brighten up the dull days, she would pull off little cheeky tricks on her peers, the teachers or even just strangers, depending on where she was, of course. Through this, she discovered her talent.
At the age of 13, hiding round behind a corner in a school building, George and two of her friends were smothering quietly, ready to pull off a prank on one of the "popular" people in their year. They saw the girl approaching and were about the trigger the prank when- "Guys, stop." Her friends turned to her in confusion. She was staring blankly at a space on the wall, "Mr Seinfeld is coming, hide everything, hide EVERYTHING!" Mr Lewis Seinfeld, the school's headteacher, was coming over after seeing something on the school's security system involving water balloons and some misbehaving students. George told her friends exactly where he was and they hid in a cupboard, the whole time with her updating them on his exact position. Once he had entered, looked around and left in confusion, George's friends confronted her. She said she had no clue how she knew, she just did.
She told her parents once she got home, and of course, they didn't believe her, so she tried to prove herself. She thought about her brother, DK, and said that he was upstairs, and he was walking towards his door. As she said this, DK left him room and shouted down the stairs about something and her parents were quite surprised, but still didn't believe her.
During the next few days, she used her new found ability to her advantage, using what little she knew of it to make the best of the oppurtunity. She found out very quickly that she needed someone to be with her at all times when she used her power, because she would come out of using it forgetting why she used it, or where she was.
After a few days had passed, George was confronted by Mrs Fiona, her mentor, about her ability, as another student had told her about this supposed power that George had gained. She took George to the staff room and told her that one of her teachers, Mr Thomas Watts, was stood somewhere in the school. She asked George if she would locate him for her. She obliged and told Mrs Fiona the exact location of Mr Watts. The teacher considered this for a moment, then left the room to call somebody. George waited in the room, pacing around impatiently.
20 minutes later, Mrs Fiona had returned with George's parents. She explained to them thhe situation at hand, and then explained about Hammel's. They listened in vivid interest and awe at the power that their daughter had developed. They were told that Hammel's wanted to take in George so that they could develop her ability further. Her parents became slightly worries by this, as the Academy was in America and they lived in England. They asked about the possibility of George saying in the UK and training there, but Mrs Fiona explained that there were no suitable facilities for George to attend in England, and that she may feel uncomfortable going to any of the other, possibly closer schools as they majority of the students attending those schools spoke as different language to English and she might find it more difficult to fit in.
So, a week later, Georgina left her family home to attend Hammel's. When she arrived there, she relaxed straight in and has been training and learning there for 3 years now.Roleplay ExampleOh, her smile! This was the first time he'd seen her smile, and he was glad she had. It really made her face glow, and he swore it could light up a room. He couldn't even give her a smile back he, oddly, gawped in her direction. Her eyes and smile complimented each other perfectly. There had to be another side to her, if she could smile with so much.... emotion. God... he wished he could take a picture of her smile and keep it with him all the time. It would always cheer him up. This seemed like another reason why he was strangely attracted to this girl. Yet, she had a shy outer shell, and some people would say she's not exactly his type... How stupid was that? Labeling a person on their looks and personality as to whether or not the are worthy of your presence. It's absurd! He then realized in was the girl that was making him think these things, making him see ideas in a new light. It felt a bit weird, but interesting. He pushed his past thoughts to the back of his mind. Reputation or not, he wanted to see this gem again.
He heard a compliment fall out of her lips. She tried to cover it up with another 'thank you', but she wasn't fooling anyone. He had heard that she liked his eyes. He smiled at her warmly. She was really sweet, she was pretty, she was definitely smart, seeing as she had advanced calculus now and he had... a free period. Well, at least he wouldn't miss a lesson daydreaming about this girl, he could do whatever for the next hour... Wait... her bag... no, it'll be fine. She mentioned him saving her. Huh. He hadn't thought it was saving, just merely protecting... "My pleasure." He gave her another comforting smile and looked into the beautiful clear day that was blooming in her eyes. He shook out of the moment when the bell went. Jokingly, he waved like the Queen of England would as she hurried away, but he heard a thud. No, she hadn't fallen, thank God, but her book! He wasn't sure what it was... it almost looked like a diary. He ran up to it a picked it up, shouting to her. "Hey! You dropped your...!" She was too far gone for her to hear him. He sighed and looked down at the red and blue cover. "...book..." Nice one Aaron. He hoped she didn't need it anytime soon, and he hoped to see her again, but what were the chances of that happening again? His friends might bully her again... no. They wouldn't do that, let alone in front of him.
Even though there was the possibility of the book being private, it didn't have a lock or anything, so he looked at the first page. It read:
Jane Eyre
by
Charlotte Brontë
He'd never read Jane Eyre personally, it wasn't exactly to his tastes, but if she liked it, he would at least try to read the first chapter. He began to walk to the library, where his friends would never be, to finish the chapter. He hoped he wouldn't damage the book at all... What he didn't realize was that his friends had been watching them the whole time, even when they, seemingly, walked off, they had followed them and listened into their whole conversation, trying to hold back the giggles. They ran up to him as he left the locker rooms. "Dude...dude! What was that all about?" He looked at them in a scowl. He loved this girl. Two of them stood in front of him, the other forcing him to watch, by snatching the book out of his hands. "Hey! That's hers! Don't break it!" All the guy did was signal for him to watch the other two, who had been planning madly about what they were about to do.
They spoke in mocking tones. "Your eyes are like the sky! Hehehehehe!"
"Yours are nice too!"
"I WUV you!"
"I WUV you too!" Aaron slowly lowered his head. Not from shame, but from the fact the memories of being bullied had been brought back to him. It was too hard for him to handle. The guy behind him had been laughing, so the book was loosely in his grasp, by his side. Aaron snatched it away and ran out. A taunt followed him out of the door: "Ooooooooooooh! Someone's a little stressy! Hahahaha!" He wasn't stressed.
The tears that started to drip from his eyes told him what he was feeling. Sadness. Why did such a good morning have to end like this?
