Hello! I'm hoping to create a non-powered, 15 year old character who has interest in being a library assistant at Hammel. She would attend the local high school normally and would be looking for a part-time job. Would she be eligible?

First, welcome to Hammel!

Second, for liability reasons, Hammel would not employ students from schools other than Hammel for student positions. So, if she is non-powered, she would not be able to be a library assistant.
