The BasicsName: Jayson Kline
Nicknames: Jay
Age: 22 (August 17th)
Orientation: Heterosexual
Desired Rank/Job: College Student (University of Vermont)
Powers: Telekinesis.
In a nutshell, Jay is able to move objects with his mind that he can actually physically lift himself [So his weight limit increases with his physical strength] also he can only move objects, not change anything about them. [unless you count banging it into walls]
This means that using his ability means dividing his attention [Everything attached IE a doll's arms would still only count as 1 object]. He can potentially manipulate dozens of items but his mind would be divided to the point of his brain shutting down resulting in a coma-like state that could potentially last several weeks.
With training he can manipulate more objects with less focus needed for each of them, but the other existing side effects he has will never get training.
The main side effect is obviously the comatose state from overusing his ability. But the other, still as gnarly side effects include heavy migraine attacks and wounds from his past making a sudden return [in the form of actual wounds].

General Appearance:
Jay is about 6 feet in height with a normal posture. His normal posture runs in his family, but his height makes him the odd one in his family as most of them are only 5 foot 7 [and that's the male portion of his family. The women barely reach even that.] And even the adults have taken to making jokes about his height, though meant as something to hold the family together this is not well received by Jay.
He is not quickly perceived as someone who can get things done due to the way he clothes. Mainly he just picks clothes which suit him best at that moment, though more often than not he'll be seen wearing a simple black shirt with normal blue jeans. He's not one for drawing attention through his clothes, never been.
Personality: Jay is a silent one, he is. He does not keep to himself in that sense, if something bothers him he's going to make it known, but he doesn't speak unless he knows what he's going to say and why he's going to say it.
He's a go-getter despite his appearance. If he says he's going to do something he does it, and moreso if you are a friend. He can be a bit violent in his ways, but he does what he needs to. Though he usually keeps at verbal threats and rarely gets physical to get what he wants. He takes pride in getting things done without having to make his own hands dirty, which is probably something he got from having telekinesis at his disposal and never having to touch anything.
What he likes is sacred to him, and what he doesn't like can drop off the world for all he cares. All he knows and wants to know is what makes him smile.Your VicesLikes:

Jayson was the one that always tried his best at school, making it known that he did his best. But not everyone enjoyed him setting the standard for his class. There were times when groups of bullies wanted to make him less than optimal, but unfortunately for people like that Jay was adept in finding himself in the presence of a teacher or some other authorial figure. He had always gotten away with being himself due to the people around him. Never once had he gotten in a fight despite all the threats.
Friends enough, because, who did not feel like befriending the smartest guy in class? At first Jay he was being charismatic, but soon enough there was a student who came into their class by skipping a class. Jay found that he was fighting with this guy over the highest grade for tests, but it was only a matter of time before he lost that fight.
It took some time, but Jay found that the people he thought were his friends were just hanging out with him because of his grades and his help. This other guy was better at both, and soon enough a rivalry started between the two on a mental level.
Still having something to actively go for meant not falling apart the moment his friends left and the bullies stayed. The teachers from his classes were still around enough to keep him from being beaten up or bullied, but everyone knew that wouldn't last forever.
At age 14 Jayson was found at the library, the public library instead of the school library. Some of the bullies from his class had taken to following him and waited for him to go into the library where they could finally get him without any authorial figure to rescue him. They stood ready for him in one of the aisles and began shoving him back and forth with hushed laughter.
Jay tried to stop it but knew it had no use. It had no use trying to fight because they outnumbered him and the lack of fighting in his life made even a 1 on 1 fight a shot in the dark.
Being shoved around some more Jay began to get a headache, and the bullies said something about a bloody nose, something which Jay could not remember getting. The moment he felt the blood sliding down his face he let out a scream that turned just about every head in the library.
And after that everything went black.
A few hours later Jay woke up in a hospital with an IV drip in his arm. His parents and brother sat beside him with confusing, but not judging eyes. They told him he had somehow moved shelves full of books, 4 of them and knocked himself out, in addition to almost killing himself due to the stress put on his brain.
He was told he'd be sent to some place called Hammel to try and get his ability under control. Jayson's father looked like he knew what was going on and cracked a half smile with a nod. Jay figured it was some sort of sign that no matter how bad it was, he'd have to endure it.
He thought it was a punishment for being different, but his parents continued to show constant love throughout all the years he spent at Hammel. His brother looked him up every chance he got and used to spend hours upon hours catching up with him.
Over the years Jay grew tired of who he was and decided it was time for a change. He slowly became more silent and serious, and the first to really notice this change was his brother. Soon after the visits from his brother dwindled and Jay felt like he was being left alone.
Though not bitter, this scarred him and made him try his best not to lose anyone he knew. Although achieving just that proved to be hard due to his silence.
