General Appearance: Louis is a well built individual, having above average muscle mass in his upper body. He has wide, square, shoulders that accent his pecs and flow well into his neck. He has small four-pack abs, showing that he likes to take care of himself(at least in terms of gym work), but he usually covers these features with loose fitting t-shirts and jeans that cover most of his 6'3(191cm) frame
Louis has a clean shaven face, a jawline that he's been asked if its been "cut from marble", and two blue eyes that peer out from under somewhat large eyebrows. He uses hair gel to keep his hair combed up and to the side(kind of like David Beckham's hair just not shaved at the sides).
Personality: Louis is a nice guy, or at least tries to appear to be one. He wants people to be friends with him and in his attempts to get people to be his friend he sometimes does things that he would never do alone, and especially not in front of his father. Louis's power also makes him freak out sometimes as he associates the emotions he senses from other people are feelings they feel about him. He likes to try to make jokes in an attempt to get people to like him more, but he often falls flat.
Louis can be easily "distracted" by a pretty girl or boy. He also gets flustered sometimes when he speaks to anyone he has developed a crush on, or he is currently dating. He has never told anyone but he has thought about what a relationship with a guy would be like.

History
Louis was born on December, 1,1996 as the second child to Andrew and Madison Scott. He grew up in the city of Seattle, Washington, and had a uneventful childhood where he did poorly in school and tried to make friends with people who lived around him. Much of this changed when he was eight as that was when his mother left their family suddenly. Louis didn't hear much of the conversation about why she left, but from what he heard he guessed that his mother wanted to do more with her life and was tired of taking care of two kids and a husband who was constantly stating late after work to earn extra money. After that day he never heard from his mother again, his sister who was fourteen at the time took the hit harder than he had, and the relationship between Louis and her became strained as she blamed him for their mother leaving because he was an accident no one wanted. Louis's father also had a bit of trouble trying to balance his work and family life since he still worked long hours to earn enough for his two children. Four years later when he was twelve he began to feel how other people around him felt and that was becoming more and more moody, it took a few days for people to realize that he was actually a meta human and for a recruiter to arrive at his home to take him to Hammel.
Louis's time at Hammel was filled with him barely passing his way through high school, and trying to make lots of friends where he sometimes succeeded and other times he made the person hate him. He did take a little longer than others to get control of his power and sometimes goes back to the school when he needs to talk to someone. After he graduated from Hammel he enrolled in the University of Vermont, wanting to stay far away from where his family and undoubtedly some emotional issues would happen. He's currently in his freshman year because of his late graduation.
