Calling all members! We need your nominations for the Of The Month awards! Have you seen an awesome character lurking the forums? How about a thread you just can’t stop reading? Or a journal you keep coming back to? Nominate it here! We’re looking for nominations for all categories:

Character of the Month – Straightforward. Nominate the character you think deserves it for this month. Who was awesome? Who did something significant? As of now, Sydnee's, Elsinore's, Abe's, Doro's, Cat's, Nova's, LoveIsEnergy's, and Dryope's characters are all off limits, as they’ve won in the past eight months.

Member of the Month – Again, pretty easy, right? Toss up the name of your favorite member. Remember, Emily, Splatt, Abe, Etch, Eva, Kelly, LoveIsEnergy, and Apollo are off-limits for nominations. So is everyone on staff.

Relationship of the Month – Anything goes here! Friends, romance, enemies, anything! You cannot nominate:

Thread of the Month – Any and all threads that were started after the last round of OTMs are eligible!

Journal of the Month – We will not be nominating for Journal OTM this month. All eligible journals will be included in the poll in four days. Eligible journals were posted in during the past month and have not won in the past eight months.

Event Thread of the Month – All Wild and Wacky Weather threads that were started after the last round of OTMs are eligible (which is to say all Wild and Wacky Weather threads so far.)

All we ask is that you fill out this nifty little code thing for us. Only one nomination per category, per person, ‘kay?

Please do not double-nominate. If the person/character/whatever you were planning on is already nominated, recognize someone else for their contribution. Do not self-nominate in any category.

Reasons: For the very simple reason that whenever it has a new post I RUSH TO READ IT and then laugh forever

Reasons: Talon doesn't keep many threads due to being so busy IRL, but he's in the cbox a lot at night (like way after I go to bed, but I always see that he's been there when I get up in the morning). I wish we got to see more of Rhys, but at least we get to see lots of his player .

Reasons: Jack is a very friendly person and is always excited to plot with anyone who's interested. I admit I don't remotely live up to their expectations, and I should be roundly punished for that, but even after I dropped a thread Jack was still excited to thread with me for the WWW event (which I promise I am not also dropping, and in fact will respond to right now.) To bottom-line it, Jack is nice to people in the cbox and a gracious threader, thus is my nominee for MOTM.

Reasons: I think Louis Scott is an everyman, whom Colton does a fantastic job playing. I empathize with the everyman in media, and so I think everyone should plot with Louis and follow his threads.

Reasons: Nyx is a great player: friendly, always actively plotting, and has created a fun and fascinating group of characters.

Reasons: Their friendship is adorable, and I'm happy to be able to read them again now that Sydnee has returned.

Reasons: I envy nobody trying to get through college as a freshman. Particularly, I feel for Marnie, for whom I have a great deal of affection. The interplay between her and Naga is delightful to read.
