How had Jackson gotten so used to doing this? His family would no doubt be disappointed. They tell him he was just like his criminal father, only this was breaking and entering. Technically. Nobody lived here though, and Jackson checked it on a weekly basis to make sure that the 'for sale' sign was still posted out on the front lawn. It may have been nearly buried in the massive snow they had recently, but it was definitely still there.
Jackson was, to say the least, uncomfortable doing the things he did with Kodi specifically in the Hammel dorms. It was one thing if it was straight sex, but....Kodi was something else, and Jackson wasn't sure if he liked it. Either that, or he was bothered incredibly that he liked it. So the two of them had resorted to finding an empty house in one of the neighborhoods of Pilot Ridge and using that place as their place of rendezvous.
Jackson always arrived first, as he was the one with the 'key' to open the doors. Telekinesis came in handy. When it worked. Small thing like unlocking doors were much more manageable than painting a bling-Kermit the frog about to give a blow-job on the wall of a playground. He was clad in dark clothes, mostly black, so as to not be seen in the night. The security light didn't work...well, none of the lights in the house worked, making it both convenient and a pain since they had to bring their own flashlights to see anything. They kept a black sheet to hang over the window so nobody could look in from the street. Jackson had gone through a lot of careful planning to ensure they couldn't be disturbed. Or caught, rather. And since he lived off-campus now, he didn't have to worry about alarming someone over curfew either. As far as his aunt knew, he was fast asleep in his bed at home. Whatever Kodi did to keep people from looking for him was his business.
Jackson shivered as he stepped inside the dark house, letting clumps of snow trail in on the carpet behind him. The house didn't have heating either. Why would it? Nobody lived here. He slowly took off his backpack and heavy jacket, then pulled a pair of blankets from the bag.
