General Appearance:
Despite only being about 5'4" Agatha manages to be a woman of formidable force. She's mastered the art of of wilting a person's ego without opening her mouth, and can often be found sending stern looks to obvious shows of stupidity. Agatha has maintained a rather active lifestyle, if only from staying busy every day of the week and leaving herself very little free time.
Her light brown hair is beginning to gray, and she typically keeps it pulled away from her face. Aggie only owns the very basics of makeup products but very rarely wears it, though her perfume is a staple and she has worn it every day for almost twenty years.
She dresses down around the household, not feeling it necessary to look professional as she scrubs the house clean or completes her other various chores. However, if she plans to leave the house she boasts a rather fashionable closet that fits her prim posture.
Personality:
Agatha tends to present herself as a strict person, keeping most at a distant by simply not engaging in conversation. If a person proves to be worth the time to converse with she can prove to be a rather humorous partner, even if it's only for her scathing observations of others and the decisions they make.
Her silence is an ingrained response to being in her line of work for as long as she has been and having to observe and not speak her mind (though she does with Gene considering she had to raise Gene almost entirely).
She tends to be on the opposite end of the spectrum when dealing with her young charge, Gene, and sees him very much as her own son. She can be just as snide with him though it is with much more care and tenderness than she shows anyone else in her life. Having practically raised Gene she is very protective of him and does what she can to ensure his happiness.
It may seem that Agatha is very judging of people and their decisions but in reality she is understanding of the mistakes one can make as they grow up. Her poor response to these decisions stem from the fact that she also knows how much certain mistakes can cause one to suffer.

History.Agatha's mother had already been working at the Whitaker's residence in England for several years by the time she was born and she was practically a little maid there herself when she reached school age. It was a schedule she grew used to and hadn't thought much of the fact that when school let out she found herself in another family's home carting cleaning supplies around whenever the household's maids requested it.
It was around twelve that she realized her parent's jobs of a doorman and a maid were not as glamorous as it had always seemed, she owed that realization to her classmates and their teasing. She grew more ashamed of the way her parent's lived and began to lie more and more about her living arrangements and her family's occupations. They were habits that stuck with her well into her teenage years, when she began sneaking things from the house, pretending to be better off financially than she was.
Aggie partied and stayed out late, her parents were always worried about her but never had the time to watch her and keep her from making the stupid mistakes that she did inevitably make. Eventually it all caught up to her and at around nineteen she was sitting in a jail cell for trespassing at a party. Her mother begged a loan from the Whitakers to bail her out, thankfully she had worked for them for so long and they agreed to help the family out.
She settled down after that, staying out of trouble for a while, and then only a month from when she got arrested she found out she was pregnant. Her parents tried not to pressure her too much but it was obvious they didn't think it was a good idea for her to keep the child, she didn't have a job and their income was barely enough to support the three of them let alone a baby. So, she decided the best option was to put the child up for adoption.
Agatha secluded herself during her pregnancy and afterwards, consumed with regret for the choices and life she had lived up until that point. Her parents began to push for her to get a job but it was hard for her to secure work with her limited education and her past arrest so once again her mother had to turn to her employers and beg for their help.
At first Aggie wasn't happy with having to work the same job as her mother, but she found she actually enjoyed the work and once she got used to the hard work of it she discovered she wasn't terrible at it. She settled into her role within the house over time, and got very good at remaining on the sidelines, able to do her job without being noticed or calling attention to herself.
Ten years had passed by the time Gene was born, and she had never expected his arrival to reawaken her old feelings or regret and loss like it did. She was happy to take over as his nanny when Kathy went back to work, and she bonded with him easily and it seemed to ease a hole in her heart she hadn't entirely realized was there. She took over almost as a parent in his own's absence, doing most of the raising with his grandparents taking over the spoiling and 'brattify-ing' of him. Her affection for him made it easy for her to agree to follow his mother and him to America and continue his caretaking there.
Over the years she never ceased her motherly affections toward him, taking over most of the responsibilities such as potty training, and actually getting on to him when he needed it. Recently, she has been concerned with the types of people he associates himself with after all she is very aware of his still very childish and impressionable personality traits.Roleplay ExampleYuuuuhhhhhWhat About You?Name: Jack
