General Appearance: For a kid his age, Casper is pretty short. He is only five feet and five inches tall, but he has hopes of getting taller as his father is quite tall too. He has a pretty thin frame with not much meat on his bones. He isn't really the athletic type, and isn't a fan of gym class. He isn't in the best shape, but he is thin to say the least. His skin is rather pale and littered with freckles. His hazel eyes hide behind a pair of glasses he can't see a thing without. He has short dirty blonde hair kept out of his face and neat.

Casper's fashion choices consist of button down shirts and generally dark wash pants. He keeps a casual appearance that would also work for professional in a pinch. His shirts are usually plaid, with some solid color shirts sprinkled in, but he does like his patterns.
Personality: Casper is a rather timid kid. He's easily startled by people sneaking up, and will flinch at hand gestures as if he's about to get hit. He apologizes for this behavior often although he can't help it. He is uncomfortable in large groups, so he decides to be a wallflower and watch people have fun instead. He doesn't mind not interacting. He is perfectly happy with a good book and a disgusting amount of food.

That isn't to say he isn't social, he tries to get along with people. He has anxiety around new people, but hides it well with manners and niceties. He usually fades into an awkward silence after exchanging small talk. Having been bullied in the past, he generally expects the worst from people, ready for the ridicule to come right after meeting someone.

Once Casper gets past his anxieties, he is a dependable person. He is responsible, and takes his studies seriously. He tries to plan out each day, and always makes sure he's got his class work done. He can be trusted to keep secrets as he doesn't talk to too many people if he can help it. He is a good kid and loyal friend.

History

Casper grew up in a family full of girls in the Netherlands. First it was just him and Cornelia, but just a year later came Brandy, then after another two years was Isabella. As a child he was drowning in dress up games and tea parties. As the big brother, he was the one who got blamed if the girls started screaming and spurting tears. His sisters had him wrapped around their little fingers since they were young.

Casper never really made too many friends in school. He got picked on for spending most of his time with a book or playing with his sisters. He hated recess, never wanting to play kick ball or dodge ball with the other children. His parents worried about him, and pushed him to socialize. It only made him back off more. Other kids would laugh at him for having his sisters stand up for him. Only they were allowed to be jerks to him, but that didn't stop the other kids.

At eleven years old Cas was the first of the children to manifest a power. Having been backed in the corner by older kids, he accidentally set off a blast of energy. Scared, he kept it to himself, but his parents noticed his odd increase in appetite, and after a week a recruiter came. Before he knew it, Casper was whisked away to Kocher. He was an anxious wreck trying to adapt, but within a few months his twin sister joined with the very same power. A couple years later, Brandy joined the van de Berg clan at the school. Casper was pretty happy to have familiar people at his side. Other than that he focused on his studies.

Just recently, his parents and Isabella moved to the United States, and upon request the kids transferred to Hammel. Casper is anxious to be at yet another new school, but he distracts himself with academics.
