Personality: Comedian, womanizer, terrible gambler but can't resist the thrill of the game
A Bit of History: Rhett and Odion are not happy to see their old pickpocket gang buddy. They didn't need another wrench thrown into the mix, but it's happened. After finding Rhett transferred to Hammel and Odion wasn't too far behind, he's decided it's time for a reunion.

Why did he come here?
Does he know that we're the reasons he was kicked out of the gang?
Does he owe somebody money and need a favour?

Possible issues with this character concept: A third member of the pickpocket group turning out to be a meta is too coincidental, and if he doesn't have a power, how would he know about Hammel at all? There needs to be a reason why he knows where they are. Make sure you work that out with whoever takes this.
