Kadence rested her chin on his shoulder and smiled. She was liking the way things were going. The way they could be playful with each other and mess around without all of the complex things getting in the way. Who knew, maybe dating him wouldn’t be such a horrible thing? He had always been so sweet to her and she already was comfortable around him. The worst that could happen was that they didn’t mesh well together and they broke up. They could still manage to be friends. She hoped at least.
“You won’t have to worry about me not eating anything because I found that the less you eat, the fatter you get,” Unless you had an eating disorder. Kadi ate often, but only on the three meals of the day did she eat a fair amount. More often than not, she was snacking. She was pretty much her own personal trainer, insistent on keeping up her perfect body. Her workout routine was pretty intense also so even if she did pig out, she worked it off in a matter of minutes.
His response to her teasing had her biting her lip and she pressed her cheek against his, still clinging to his back. “You act like I’d have a problem with that,” She smirked. Flirting was something she was actually pretty good at, it just took a little bit for her to actual do it. And since this was Nick she had no problem messing with him.
They reached the shore and as he tried shaking her off, she wrapped her legs around his waist and tightened her arms around his neck, “I’m not that easy!” She squeaked though, her grip slipping and finally she plopped down on the ground on her feet. Kadence placed her hands on her hips and narrowed her eyes at him, “There, get a good look because in no time this baby will be dry and white again.” She glanced down at herself and saw the purple showing blatantly through it. On the bright side, it looked like it could be a bikini top. And she did have bottoms to match.
