Evy tugged at the bottom of her tongue piercing in between her teeth, rattling the little piece of metal as she attempted to regain some semblance of calm. It was a bad habit, but it helped calm her down. Damn Lucy and playing with her slight embarrassment. Not only was she fretting over this new development but was also extremely curious to see the Wonder Woman design on the Australian's back. It seemed she kept on getting better and better. "Shut up! It's just hot in here that's all!" She frowned, scrunching her brow and exhaling slowly.
Clenching her jaw the Blue bird let out a low growl, glancing away in an attempt to ventilate the heat in her cheeks. "Of course you'd want to know what goes on in my head, and yes it looks fantastic! And you better not be making Frosta a thing!" She huffed, squirming lightly in her seat from the tingling sensation in her abdomen. Not now, not now, not now, her mind repeated, retracing every thought back to something more user friendly.
Urgh the thought of being forced down by Lucy - wait no, do not go there!
Clearing her throat the thief let out an audible sigh, flicking her gaze back to the brown eyed beauty. Clicking her tongue the porcelain skinned girl glanced back at Lucy and then at the pencil. In all honesty she wouldn't be surprised, Lucy did mention wanting to kick her in the face. "Hmph. Bring it on Australia." She rebutted, lifting up her chin and flashing Lucy a twisted little grin. "You clearly need to stop playing such violent games!" She chuckled, rolling her eyes with a tilt of her head.
It seemed Lucy enjoyed Evy's struggle for composure, if this was a game then there was no denial Lucy was coming out on top. Especially now that she'd chosen to interlock hands again, a dirty trick. Flinching ever so slightly, the girl let a sharp breath pass through her teeth. Swallowing the squeal in the back of her throat the Blue bird stared the girl in the eyes, instinctively gnawing on her lower lip. "You are a lot better at this than you had me believe..." She murmured, flexing her fingers that were in between Lucy's. Why were her hands always so warm?
"Are you hoping to achieve anything from this blatant risk-taking or are you just an adrenalin junkie looking for a thrill?" She asked quietly, staring at Lucy's hand whilst brushing a strand of cerulean from her face. On her face was the smallest of smiles, a genuine smile, one which formed a lovely curve on her peachy lips. It could only be hidden with her gaze focused on Lucy's fingers. The Blue bird felt happy.
