To my Hammel family,

It is with sincere apologies that I have decided to venture on a new path – away from Hammel. There have been many a memorable times here, and I truly love each and every one of you, as writers, as friends, but most of all, as the family who has been there for me when I was at my lowest points. I know most of you didn’t know this, but often times Hammel was my reason to live. Your presence and loyalty has filled my heart, and I hate to leave all my characters and their plots behind, but my life has truly just begun.

The reasons I’m leaving are personal to me, but please know it is not anyone’s fault here. It has just happened. I could say I need time to think, but I will always be writing. With that in mind, I would like to extend my contact information to anyone interested, so we can continue chatting, and perhaps, do a bit of writing that will not be as consistent as the writing I did here on a daily basis, but can periodically be tended to – my energies are going into a book I hope to publish someday. I would prefer to hand this information off to you via Chatango! Or PM.

I’m only being so formal because this has not been an easy decision for me, though it has been on my mind for about half a year now. I apologize to anyone I have current plots with, and should you desire to continue them with me, and have a spot of patience, well, I’d be willing to continue them, or at least help them come to an end.

Bre, there is so much that I want to say but I don't think I can fit it all here, and I don't know whether I can improve on what I already told you. It has been my pleasure to write with you over these past few years, and I am far better for having known you.
