Brief History
Valentia was abandoned into the foster system from an incredibly young age in Moscow, Russia. It took years before she found parents willing to adopt her, and not long after that her powers developed and she moved to Odarennyĭ. As a result, she never had the chance to connect with her parents.
Post graduation she immediately joined the military. She first met her adoptive sister when forced to take a leave from the military (2008). Beyond that, she returned to her life as a trainer at Odarennyĭ and an operative in the military. However, she transferred and moved to Pilot Ridge in 2012. Valentia would have offered minimal contact - a letter once a month at the most.
Valentia feels concern about her sister going to Odarennyĭ. She knows their methods aren't completely... Sound when it comes to energy based powers. The idea is that Valentia becomes her guardian so she can transfer across the way to Hammel.
Personality
Again, up to you, but I'd like her to want some kind of decent relationship with Valentia.
