Plot with me, darlings.
Characters:
Elizabeth Sloane: eighteen, student, sensation transferal and pain tolerance, bisexual
Eighteen. Student. Sensation Transferal & Pain Tolerance.
Canadian. Closeted Bisexual. Theatre Geek. Seamstress. Fashionista.
Profile
Elizabeth Sloane is a fairly typical girl. She grew up in Toronto. Her mother was religious, and her father was a socially awkward engineer. Her sister passed away shortly before she began attending Hammel. She's a self professed theatre geek who makes costumes and loves playing with hair and makeup. She cooks, cleans, sews and dreams of being a good wife someday, to 'the one'. Unfortunately she has trouble admitting that 'the one' could very well be a female for her. She's self conscious about her size, and is terrified of being a burden or causing conflict.
Friendships
It would be pretty easy to be friends with Beth if you made the effort to approach her or caught her in her element. Otherwise she's pretty shy. She's not hard to get along with if you can deal with her self-deprecating humour. She likes people who can challenge her intellectually, and enjoys tea, board games, card games, puzzles, and artsy stuff.
SAWYER - the unlikely friend. two mismatched peas in a pod.
MARNIE - pending. make-up buddies.
Love
Beth is a hopeless romantic, and is liable to fall pretty quickly. LYDIA has a special place in her heart [see profile] but she's not quite sure what that place is. She's bisexual, but closeted. She'd probably be up for casually dating as well. She just needs someone to show her she's valued and make her feel pretty.
Enemies
Beth is really vicious when she wants to be. It might be hard to get her to that point, but if you do she'll do her best to destroy you. She'll use her ability if she has to, but prefers to do things the old fashioned way - manipulating the people around you until you're broken and miserable. She's also fairly jealous and is likely to make off-handed sarcastic remarks. If either of those are a problem to your character, they might not get along.
