Ah, the thing on his mind he could spend days listening to or just talk about, though as she asked him about music and which kind he liked he shrunk that feeling a bit as he did with everyone else asking that. The kind of music he listened was not all that well received by the common public, so he would usually start with bands he rarely listened to to be able to gauge how his choices were received. He had this weird thought that music was a requirement for him, if someone hated his sense of music he'd have trouble getting along with them. Though this had just been an idea, it hadn't ever come as far. ''Ya know of Slipknot?'' He asked finally. It had been years since he'd listened to them. Their music had gone downhill, he thought. ''Still, that ain't all I listen to. In Flames, Suicide Silence, The project hate.'' He told her. ''Probably not yer cup of tea.''

But he got the joke about the repeating thought, it was just that music played a pretty big role for him. He hadn't meant to get so in-depth though. ''Yeah well, once 'cause I like thinkin' 'bout ya an' twice for yer greatest assets.'' He let that open for her to think about, he'd done enough thinking.

As she replied to his joke about being a typical male and just lying there as she did her thing he chuckled in return, nodding his head with a big smile and widened eyes as a joking way to motion the word ''yes''.

As she kissed him and he bowed down slightly to return the kiss she told him what he already knew as she pulled him into a kiss, wrapping her arms around his neck. He obviously returned the kiss with the same length and felt himself enjoying it as he finally pulled back with a grin.

''So were we able to contain it a bit longer or were we gonna use my room again?''

She nodded as he mentioned Slipknot, though she couldn't resist commenting. "Their new stuff has really degraded though," she started to stay before stopping herself. If he liked them, she probably shouldn't say too much. "I like some of their older stuff though," she said. She gave him a skeptical look though as he mentioned that stuff probably wasn't her sort of thing. "I've heard some of their stuff. I mostly listen to a few genres of metal. All That Remains, Five Finger Death Punch, Disturbed, that sort of stuff," she offered.

Zo snorted as he commented about her assets. "Well, that's one way of putting it, alright." She rolled her eyes at his antics even as her grin betrayed all pretense of annoyance. Besides, once the kissing started she was far too focused on that.

When he pulled back, it still felt too soon, but his question made her smile. "Well, since we're already here..." she said teasingly. "There's always tomorrow for my room," she added, almost shyly. Normally she didn't take anyone back to her room, but well, after this, Luke wasn't just anyone. She kissed him gently. "What do you think?" she asked, her voice soft and her lips still lingering near his so her breath was hot on his skin.

''I asked if ya knew of Slipknot.'' He replied quickly. ''I never said I liked them. Though when I was younger I listened to them. An' I agree that their older stuff is better.'' He nodded at her as she mentioned the other bands. ''All That Remains, yeah, I know of 'em. Disturbed I know too.'' So they weren't too far off in terms of music, that was a relief if there ever was one. It was good to know they had something other than love for her body in common, something they could kill time with. Though obviously their version of killing time wouldn't include music.

He chuckled as she mentioned how he described why he named her three times and showed him a grin. They had come a long way from that not even being a thing that would be conceivable and now she was doing just that at his, what he thought were, lame jokes. Felt good to have someone laughing with him and not at him for once.

He looked at her as he thought about what she said, suggesting they'd use her room the next day and his now since they were already in there. ''Thought 'bout it, an' goddamn why are ya plannin' like we're married?''

He kissed her the second he felt her breath and was tempted to not pull away. ''But since we're doin' that now.. I suggest yer room tonight as well as tomorrow. How 'bout that for a counter-offer?''

Zo smirked as he clarified his mention of Slipknot. "What, did you think I was going to be into the hit pop top 40 or something?" she teased. Still, it was nice to know that had that in common too. At least she could count on him to play some music that wouldn't make her cringe if they needed background or even if they were just hanging around.

Things were settling into a good place between them. It was almost like how things had started in the classroom - light banter and teasing - only now it was more light-hearted and comfortable than before. There wasn't pretense. It was rather surreal to be so free with someone but so far at least it was working out pretty well. Of course, it had only been minutes.

His teasing remark about planning like they were married instantly had her blushing though and even had her getting a bit flustered. "Shush! I didn't mean it like that, I just meant that we don't have to do everything tonight," she quickly rushed to explain before getting a little embarrassed. "Shut up," she said preemptively, knowing he was bound to tease her for it and pouting all the same.

Though his kiss did a lot to make her feel better about the whole thing and she found herself trying to hold onto it a moment longer, dragging her teeth along his bottom lip as he pulled away. "That's pretty bold of you," she teased. Her arms relaxed a bit to sit more loosely around his neck as she looked up at him. "Why so eager for the location change?" she asked, more out of curiosity than anything.

''I had thought 'bout it, though that quickly bored me.'' He told her with a smile when she was quite obviously joking about the top 40. It obviously had some okay songs in it but it wasn't his thing. He tolerated that kind of music and that was it.

He sighed a bit as he let the last of his left over emotions out and instantly felt a bit better, though that could have just been because he was so close to her. She had said she wanted to take things slow, but he still enjoyed her touch and hoped she'd never leave. Though with his luck she would end up doing just that and it would be the end of him. He was giving people a second chance, so if anyone left it'd hurt all the more, and even more than that if she ended up leaving.

Luckily his mention of marriage hadn't got the expected reaction out of her, she responded to it jokingly by brushing it off and talking around it, all defensive to explain what she meant better. It was good that she did this, that she didn't really seem to mind things and could just joke about them even as he didn't respond to what she said. The concept of marriage seemed kind of silly to him but the idea of staying together forever brought a smile to his face he used to shut her up with. And he knew she'd get the hint.

''I'm a pretty bold guy.'' He answered her as he barely resisted to urge to kiss her yet again. When had they crossed into kissing territory? He didn't mind, he just wondered why. After all, it was one more way to enjoy her, right?

''It's not so much the location change as it is christening those locations..'' He winked at her and mimicked biting at her. What was he supposed to say/do? Tell her he wanted to have an actual sleep over because he didn't want her to leave?

"Yeah, I bet," she said with a laugh. "But if I did, well then I wouldn't be your type, now would I?" Or at least that was what she was assuming. Her only frame of reference was Jen after all, so as far as she could see, he seemed to be into the bad girl type. Of course, that was assuming that he even had a type.

His joke had flustered her to say the least. She knew he was just teasing though. Still it was becoming pretty obvious that this thing between them was going to be anything but typical. Usually when people said they wanted to take things slow they meant the physical aspect. With her though, it was the exact opposite. The physical stuff didn't bother her in the least. The emotional stuff though... that was unsettling at the best. Which is why for the moment, she was trying to focus on the part that she was comfortable with.

"Oh really? I hadn't noticed," she teased back. After all, his bold attitude was what had led to well... all of this. Besides, it was one of the things she liked about him. He wasn't afraid to ask for what he wanted. She could respect that at least.

She rolled her eyes. "Hopeless," she repeated. "Really though, I don't want to deal with my annoying roommates and worrying about one of them snitching." The one loved to give her a hard time and the other... well, she never really knew what to think of him. "Besides, I guarantee you that I have an advantage to sneaking out so that we don't end up in trouble," she added with a mischievous grin.

Not his type? Did she really just say that? He responded with a chuckle as he shook his head. She was his type, even if she did. She was a girl, willing to put out, and fun. Yup, his type. How could she even assume she wasn't his type? He hoped that negativity of hers, as he had experience with that stuff, wouldn't rear up and ruin things. Still, he was happy and she didn't seem unhappy, so they had that going for them.

His hands suddenly slid over to her behind and he showed her a grin to reassure her, or to make her remember, that he had asked for a certain something. And she should know that a guy with something on his mind could be quite persuasive. He squeezed a bit and kissed her for a good amount of time before pulling back and looking into her eyes, almost longing for more. He knew she was, to some extent, doing the same.

''Really, did ya fail to notice?'' He joked as he began slowly lifting her off the ground, hoping she'd respond by wrapping her legs around his waist. ''No matter, I'll just make ya notice..'' He smiled as he very nearly buried his face into hers as he gave her a hungry kiss.

How long had they been standing there exactly? For someone who had asked to take it slow and him agreeing to that they did seem to go about a hundred miles per hour.

''Again, not hopeless Zo.'' She was luring him out there and he didn't feel like not responding. It wasn't a game of cat and mouse. The predator had caught the prey and now, now they were just having fun. ''So we're in the secret stage of this already?''

''Fine by me.'' He smiled.

His hands shifted then and his lips found her once more. It seemed he was starting to get a little impatient, which made her grin a little into the kiss. It was always nice to be reminded the sort of effect that she could have on someone. She responded in kind, his attention quickly having the desired effect.

He pulled back and stared at her for a long moment, joking even though they both knew that it had been hard to miss. However she squeaked slightly in surprise as he lifted her, though she quickly wrapped her legs around him, if only to keep herself from falling. Still, it never stopped surprising her how easily the motion was for him. He really must work out a lot to be so strong. She grinned as he said he'd make her notice. "Oh really now," she purred, a smirk on her lips.

Zo closed her eyes as he kissed her again, more hunger there than there had been before. She clung to him tightly as she returned his kiss eagerly, giving in to what was quickly developing between them.

Their eyes met again as he pulled back to speak. "Something like that, I suppose," she answered. "Though I was just talking about the dorm monitors doing a headcount," she continued, chuckling softly. "You know, pesky curfews and all."

As he looked at her wrapped around him with the kiss between them giving them the start they wanted, needed, he rued the moment he decided to pull back even if it did get a fun response out of her. ''Really.'' He managed to say before going in for a kiss once more and her returning it in kind, giving rise to several things. One of which she would physically feel.

He didn't want to pull back as he knew this was only fueling what he had wanted to happen, what actually was as easy as just asking. Even thinking about how easy that was had him smiling, sure of the fact she'd do the same given the chance. This thing wouldn't be based on trust as much as lust and he didn't mind in the least. Perhaps a new mechanic would help him maintain her being around longer.

As he did what he didn't want when he finally did think about it he pulled back to say those things about them being in the secret stage, but all it did was make him enjoy it as she didn't really confirm or deny anything, meaning they could be skipping that stage of not in it yet. He was also assuming she was okay enough now with the idea of a them to see them as having stages.

''Headcount is a problem? They'd still count the same amount of people, won't they?'' He asked as she had responded talking about that rather than what stage they were in. ''An' ya have no fuckin' idea how easy it is for me to sneak out of my dorm an' have nobody notice.'' He joked. ''I've done it before, actually, slept over in another room.'' He was now just teasing.

Zo was starting to come to a conclusion. They were both far too good at teasing. So it was a rather pointless conclusion, but nonetheless. This stop and go game they were playing was only making them both all the more enthusiastic for what would follow.

His mention of being in a secret stage was still bouncing around her mind. She wasn't entirely sure how she felt about it. On one hand she kind of liked the idea of keeping it on the down low. After all, they were still figuring out what they were - she really didn't need other people deciding it for them. Of course on the other hand, she didn't really have anyone in her life at Hammel who would care. There were other troublemakers she knew from detention but she didn't exactly have friends in the conventional sense. Of course, then there was Jen. She really didn't want Jen to find out anything until she herself knew what was happening.

Suddenly it was all starting to seem a little complicated

So she simply turned her mind back to the one simple part. After all, she knew they did that plenty well.

Still, his remarks about head count brought out her competitive streak. "True, but they tend to get very particular when it comes to how many per room," she pointed out. Zo laughed as he commented about how easy it was for him to sneak out without anyone noticing. "Oh really? Good to know, but I still have you beat. I could go between here and my room in seconds if I wanted to. I could even hide in plain sight and no one would see me." After all, she knew his power, but he didn't yet know hers. Besides, teasing him was fun, especially when she knew that she was right. Zo couldn't hold back the smug grin that was forming on her lips.

He thought it was kind of funny how much of a thinker she was, or how she simply put thought into what he told her, though this was just an assumption by how relatively silent she was. After all, if Luke and her were similar he'd go on assuming she was quite the talker, and seeing how impulsive she could be he figured she wasn't one to hold her breath when she had something to say. But he was also figuring out she was pretty much the voice of reason behind them both, if she was silent she usually brought up a pretty good defense. Not that she silenced him all that much though, he usually had his word ready for her but he didn't think about what he said.

Looking at her and trying to think of what was going around in her head briefly made him chuckle at his own thoughts. He firmly believed he didn't think about things, but he was doing just that even right now, and not to mention that he had thought not to say some things she could see as going too fast.

''We could just kick out one of yer roommates if that's an issue.'' He replied. Never had he even thought about the dorm monitors after she had brought it up, but like always he knew how to reply without having even thought about it all that much. Sadly this also meant that sometimes his replies were total horse manure. ''Two against one, I think we could handle that.'' He joked.

He chuckled when she said something though that had him think they were in a race, and she was trying to one-up him. He didn't know how she thought she had him beat though. ''Ya think ya have me beat even as I'm holdin' ya up in the air?'' He asked. ''An' yer callin' me hopeless?'' He laughed even when she mentioned being able to go from hiis room to hers in a matter of seconds. Obviously she could if her room was close to his, like, right down the hall or something. '''S yer room right across from mine or somethin'?'' He asked.

Because that would be convenient, very convenient.

People always assumed that Zo was a reckless person. While she could definitely be impulsive, she had a very practical approach to life. After all, thinking things through was what allowed her to away with things, and she very much enjoyed getting away with things. Getting caught breaking the rules was always a downer.

She rolled her eyes at his remark about kicking out a roommate if need be. "Oh yes, I'm sure that would go over well," she said, sarcasm thick in her tone. Still, unrealistic as it was, his remark of two against one made her smile.

Zo laughed, nudging his shoulder in protest, trusting he wouldn't drop her. "And since when did strength qualify as a factor in stealth?" she asked. His conclusion that her room must be nearby made her smirk a bit, though it did also make her realize that could be a possibility. "Um, that's a good question. I really wasn't paying attention to where your room was earlier... I was a bit distracted if you recall," she teased. "What room number were you?"

She shook her head. "Anyway, it doesn't matter if I'm right next door or on the other side of the dorm, I can still get there in no time. No need for windows or doors or anything like that," she answered smugly. She could just outright tell him what her power was, but she was kinda enjoying making him try and guess just how she'd manage it. Because there was no doubt that she could. She could travel to her room practically by instinct, and she thought it would be easy enough to get back.

This was proving to be quite a fun twist of events indeed.

He knew she'd respond with sarcasm as what he said was pretty hefty, but if they needed some alone time they'd just do the same, right? ''Nothin' wrong with assertin' a lil' dominance every now an' then, is there?'' That question had a pretty double meaning and he was sure she'd pick up on that. Maybe he'd get to be in charge in the near future. Oh the things he'd do..

The mere thought made him beam out a sly smile as she laughed at him, probably at his comment about having him beat. And as figured before, what she said did turn out to be a good point, though one he barely needed to think on. ''Strength factors into stealth because people can't tell on ya when they can't speak.'' He smiled, though that had the potential of being a slight bit too violent. Maybe it was for the best if he didn't say that, but now that it was out he could just hope she and him were similar enough to just see it as a joke or something, or maybe she'd even agree.

''212.'' He answered her about which room number he -they were in. ''An' distracted? You? By what?'' Lucas joked.

The next thing she followed with though confused him a bit. No matter where she was she could get from place to place in a matter of seconds. ''Uhm. Okay.'' He finally said with a quick shake of his head. ''The fuck ya mean 'No need for windows or doors'? Are you a teleporter or some shit?'' He finally asked. '''Cause Zo.. that'd be fuckin' awesome.'' A smile was beamed in her direction but it quickly faltered. It answered the bit about being able to travel so quick, but not what she said earlier about being able to hide in plain sight.

''Yer not dickin' with me are ya?'' Luke asked with a smile, running out of things to say for now.

There was no missing the double meaning to his words, and she found herself focusing on the secondary meaning as a wide grin spread across her lips, mischief in her eyes. "In the right circumstances I'd say that can be a very good idea," she purred in reply. That was a very fun thought indeed.

His justification about strength applying to stealth had her laughing though. "Nice try, but I don't think so. Stealth is about going unnoticed. Intimidation is an entirely different matter," she said, though she was smiling as she did. She might be giving him a hard time and even getting a hint competitive, but she was really having a good time.

Her jaw dropped slightly as he said they were in room 212. "Well damn," she said with a hint of a whistle. "213," she responded, pointing to herself. They literally were right across the hall. How was that for luck? His teasing distracted her from that fortunate coincidence though. "Hmmm... I wonder what..." she teased back, acting oblivious when they both knew damn well.

However his reaction to her boasting statement was more than satisfying. He was confused to say the least and it was so very amusing. "Well, you're not wrong, but you're also not quite right," she answered with a laugh, deciding she'd go ahead and explain. "I can travel through shadows." Her grinned widened. She was really quite proud of her power actually. "I can also hide in them," she added, "so I can be right there and no one will see me. Pretty impressive, huh?"

He instantly wondered what the right circumstances were. Maybe in their case they'd just be normal circumstances. He really, really wanted to know now as she responded in a way that pretty much confirmed she was thinking about what he was thinking about. It would take a few days to clear his mind of that thought.

''Oh right.'' He responded. ''Intimidation.'' He hadn't even thought of that when he replied to her about using strength to pretty much convince people not to tell. Had he been trying to impress her less he'd surely have thought of that, but it was awesome enough she did though, and even more awesome how she responded to it. She didn't cringe or flinch or anything. While this didn't mean she was used to violence she wasn't scared by it. Finally that whole working out thing was going to pay off! It earned her a smile and a kiss as well as a firm push of her against him that was sure to set certain things off, or so he hoped.

How long had she been staving it off since he asked? He lost track of time as they were talking, but he was sure it was a long time.

Their rooms were that close together? Really? ''213? That's convenient.'' He said with a smile. ''It'd be hard, an' difficult to know yer so close knowin' I can't do anythin'.'' She did say she wanted time to figure them out, so he wouldn't be over 24/7. But knowing he could do just that by stepping out of his room irked him for some reason, like a forbidden fruit.

''Travel through shadows..?'' Luke repeated. A confused look found her as thoughts tried to line up in his mind, with both applications for it as well as him trying to figure out what it could be. ''That does sound awesome.'' He pondered. ''So.. does that mean ya can.. do stuff in public places? I'd be game.'' He joked.
