''I'll stick to my music.'' She answered when Anjali jokingly (she hoped) said that she needed to write a script. While the thought of being a billionare sounded fun she felt that making music was more her thing, being out there instead of making people be out there for you. ''Making music is a bit more fun, I think. Besides, I tried writing short stories once and it suuucked..'' She laughed.
She supposed she could see why she didn't really see Anjali at Hammel. Wasn't she like.. younger than she was? ''Before I forget, how old are you?'' Not knowing her age made it all a bit harder on her. Just how young was she? Over nineteen, that much she knew as Anjali had mentioned college. If Celia had to guess though.. she'd have to say that Anji was twenty-three.
''Between you and me,'' She started to whisper as she leaned in with a smile. ''I'm only interested in the making out.'' She took a sip of her tea as she pulled back and felt her stomach suddenly. ''And the pizza doesn't sound so bad either.'' She smiled at Anjali, her eyes meeting hers. ''Want to start with ordering some pizza? It's both food AND a fun way to play. You smear sauce all over me and I'll let you lick me clean, okay?'' She joked.
Wait. She wanted to tell her brother about her? And he'd want to know details? A guy? ''Er..'' She wasn't so sure she was comfortable with that. ''So.. are you two a package or something?'' She asked rhetorically as she tried to gather up her spilt nerves. ''Guess I could always give you a picture you can send him for if he wants details. Or tell him he's invited to one of my shows. It'll be fun to meet the best friend of the girl I'm dating.''
Hold on.
''Yeah, it does come in handy every now and again.'' She tried to say as her hair was blown around by a sudden gust of wind. ''You're one of those airheads, aren't you?'' She laughed as she moved her head with the direction of the gust and whipped her hair around so it irritated Anjali more than it did her. ''Babe, I live the metal life, my hair is an instrument. It listens to me and nothing else.''
''Oh and you're not an airhead. Sorry about that one.''
