Things seemed to have returned to at least semi-normal between him and Xun as the few days after their hookup? he was still at a loss for what to call it. They'd hardly gone all the way, but they'd gone far enough that things felt a bit off between them. They had yet to be able to really talk about it after Nao walked in on them as they had fallen asleep as soon as he left, and the opportunity just hadn't presented itself yet.
He had noticed that Xun spoke with him more and they both gravitated toward each other when they were in the same room. It was obvious he wasn't the only one of the two that didn't want to pretend that it had never happened.
His roommates had retreated to their rooms for the night, and Devyn felt a bit better when not staring at Xun trying to figure out how to talk to the taller much shyer boy.
Fate seemed to agree, it was late at night when someone knocked on the door to his room. It confused him, the main door was locked and he had thought all his roommates went to bed, considering it was almost midnight now. He rose from his desk and stretched his arms over his head, he had planned on going to sleep soon and so was only in a pair of pajama pants. He'd been sitting down at the desk for a while and felt a little tight in the joints as he walked to the door. "Hello?" he asked curiously as he opened it up, hand rubbing at his neck where it hurt from being bent over a book for the past few hours. "Xun?" he said in surprise, taking his taller roommate in and noticing that he was holding his blanket in his arms.
"Do you, uh, do you wanna come in?" He opened the door wider, a little pink in the cheeks as he led him into the room, closing the door behind him. He'd been wanting to talk to them, but hadn't quite been expecting anything like this.
"Hey," he repeated his greeting awkwardly, "What's up?"
