Dell is an adventurer - and probably known by many as a goofy, hyperactive knucklehead who has a knack for getting into trouble. Most would...probably regard her as 'annoying' and 'air-headed' I'd expect, but who knows. She needs every kind of relationship under the sun - so plot this gal up~!
