The day was long and Avery just wanted to listen to her ipod. Some how she heard about the student lounge. She never knew that schools actually had student lounges, but she was interested to see what it was like. Walking down the hall she heard laughing and she smiled. Wondering what was going on she slowly rounded the corner, looking in the doorway. She saw some kids playing pool, some where fighting over a pinball machine. Avery laughed slightly as she walked in. Being a little shy she tried not to bring attention to herself.
Looking around she saw a nice cozy looking corner that seemed to have a cushioned chair. The kind that looked like you could curl up and read a good book. Walking over, she noticed everyone was having fun. That seemed to make her happy. Avery found it relaxing when people where having a good time. Sitting down she gave a relieving sigh. It felt like the day was already melting away. She dug threw her metallic pink purse and found her i-pod. She turned her music on and stuck her head phones in. As the music started to go she closed her eyes to reflect on the day. This was truly one of her favorite things to do.
Avery brought her feet up next to her. Curling up into the chair and relaxing even further. She wrapped her arms around her legs and started to bob her head along with Kerosene by Miranda Lambert. Her purse was on the other side of the chair, in the corner. Avery's hair was curled down past her shoulders and swayed back and forth as she bobbed along with the music. Her eyes stayed closed and her mouth kind lip singing along.
