Truth or Dare (Open to all)

If Teagan hadn't loved the outdoors so much and it wasn't an opportunity to have a break from classes, she wouldn't have gone on the camping trip. She didn't really know anybody yet, but wouldn't this help with that? She could only hope so.

The planned activities were done for the day and Teagan thought it was time that she get something started. She'd gone in the lake so much that she thought her skin was going to shrivel up completely and fall off. She had an idea, but wasn't sure if anybody would want to join. Then again, she'd never know if she didn't ask--

Before she even got the chance, a yell came from beside her. "Who wants to play Truth or Dare?" It was her voice. Of course it was. Her obnoxious, all too social duplicate had decided to take matters into her own hands and when Teagan looked over at her she lowered her hands from where they were cupped around her mouth and smirked.

Well, that's one way to make it happen, she thought.

Somehow, Peyton's ears always managed to perk up if there was ever the slightest mention of trouble - at least, the type of trouble that he deemed fun. And, despite having been bouncing a tennis ball against the stairs of his cabin, they had perked. Someone, somewhere, was unwittingly requesting his presence. So he must search them out!

It didn't take too much poking about to find the aforementioned unwitting victim. "Heyyy, ladies." He gave the uncannily identical girls a cheesy grin, shooting them an exaggeratted wink before settling into his more genuine smile. "Did I hear something that included the word 'dare'?"

Eloise had spent much of the day wandering through the woods, mostly alone. Now and again she'd run into somebody and talk to them for a while. It usually didn't last long when they realize Eloise had the intention of spending her entire day up in the trees. But it was getting dark out so Eloise made her way back toward the cabin where she was hearing talk about a game of truth or dare.

Now, Eloise knew exactly what the game was. It was a standard at girls slumber parties. If she had learned anything from watching cheesy chick flicks it was that truth or dare was always an opportunity for drama and laughs. Eloise had never played though. Eloise had never had friends long enough to be invited to a slumber party, and she never hosted one of her own. Her dad didn't like the idea of little girls running around their expensive apartments. That being said, the idea intrigued her, and despite her yearning to get away from too many active minds, she decided that it might be a little fun. After all... she could be pretty useful in this game. People tended to lie, despite the games title.

Eloise walked over toward a couple girls who had gathered around. "I'm in," she said simply without introduction or explanation.

Rya was a city girl, by all means, but with the promise of trouble, she had come along on this camping trip. There were a few attractive guys and girls coming on the trip, so It'd definitely wasn't going to be an eyesore at least. So far the day hadn't seemed to be too interesting, and for a while, the girl was actually regretting coming. But then she heard the call for truth or dare, and her eyes lit up mischievously.

She wasn't too far, and it took a few minutes of trekking through the forest to reach the area where a few people were gathered, and Rya grinned. At least people had a taste for fun. "I heard someone needed some volunteers for Truth or Dare. Mind if I butt in?"

There was only so much that could be done on a camping trip, whether they were a few days in or at the very end of it. Leonardo was an outdoors kind of guy, and so far the trails had been incredibly good for him. Fresh air in his lungs, solid earth beneath his feet. Yeah, it was definitely worth sitting on a bus with everyone to get a decent break from class. Especially one as rewarding and nice looking as this. If he did end up graduating next year, he'd miss the yearly Retreat. It'd always been fun in one way or another.

Still... Time alone soon proved boring, and being the social guy that he was, Leo started craving the companionship of others. Most people on the trails were keen to do their own thing, so he hadn't been one to bother them.

But it was like he was attracted to the words; Truth or Dare.

"Who's playing?" Leo asked eagerly, jogging over to the slow forming group. It was like people flocked to the idea, and he was no exception. "You better have room for one more!" Because now he was excited. Even if he didn't know any of these people.

Erik had just eaten some barbecue chicken from the grill, so he sat around picking his teeth, looking more than a little zoned out.

The good thing about this whole trip was that he could bring DJ along and no one could complain about it. It was usually in bad form to have a black rat snake wrapped around your neck during class, but not while camping – out in the big outdoors, snakes were a fact of life, and people were just going to have to get used to it. Therefore, Erik had the almost-two-feet long snake around his neck and shoulders for almost the entire time. He wasn’t worried about him slithering off and never coming back. They were friends now.

Erik hadn’t exactly come along to be social; it was the chance to fish that’d convinced him to come. In fact, he’d talked less than usual. It was probably the snake. Most people found him inapproachable because of it, though Erik didn’t seem to mind, and stuck to himself. Usually people could find him near the lake.

When Teagan announced a game of Truth and Dare, Erik just happened to be in proximity. He did not move away, though. He seemed to consider it for a second, then issued a noncommittal grunt, which was more or less a ‘yes’.

Erik scooted away from a cheery looking boy with dark eyes and dark hair as he sat. DJ’s coils slithered around the smooth skin of his throat.

The camp so far had been all right. A few activities had been terrible, but the majority had been good. And atleast it was a break from school. The only problem with outdoors and stuff was the danger of something suddenly touching Zac. More than once he had looked down at his green, veined hand as a leaf brushed past him. Once he had even turned completely into bark when he tripped on a root and caught a tree to steady himself. It was a reminder that he still had a lot of work to do on his power.

Zac spotted a small group of people, the majority he didn't know, seemingly playing a game of Truty or Dare. Actually, as he got closer he realised he didn't know any of them. Ah well. It was something to do, to stop his boredom in the evening. And who knows, sometimes these games got a little out of hand. Some of the girls didn't look half bad.

"Hey guys, I'm Zac." He announced, sitting down between a creepy looking guy with a freaking massive snake round his neck and a seemingly normal guy. "Don't mind if I join in, do you?" He flashed a grin.

Dom was sobored. Trees did not interest him, wide open sky did not interest him, and sharing a small room with eleven other people? No one should have to live like that. But, it did mean that he was running short on places to wonder in, and in the quiet his brain had started to get all too loud.

He was not the best company for himself, and so was loitering barefoot nearer the camp fire area when he heard a girl's voice call out about truth or dare. Dom's eyes flicked over and he watched as a few people began to move in.

Not old enough, yes, yes, if he wasn't straight Dom would eat dirt, been there and done that, and... maybe.

"Why not?" He murmured to himself. It was better then nothing. He headed over and pulled a rock that had been sitting quietly under the earth up, pushed the dirt off it with a thought and sat down. He recognised most faces (after enough years here he was bound to). Erik had his weird pet with him, so Dom had chosen to sit closer to the blonde girl. "Could be fun," he said to the collective, though his tone of voice suggested otherwise.

That wasn't on purpose. He just always sounded like that.

Truth or Dare, huh?

Oriel had heard that announcement from afar and pretended to not mosey on over like he was actually interested. After all, it was just a children's game, wasn't it? And Oriel was anything but a child. Nope, not him. He certainly had better things to do with his time, Oriel thought as he silently took a seat next to Erik, leaving a one-and-a-half-person gap between them and pretending that he didn't notice the shifter. Far enough so the snake didn't bother him too much, but close enough to bother the erupt-able kid.

Oriel would never admit it, but this would be the first time he'd played Truth or Dare with a group of kids like a normal kid. Or played it ever. But Oriel had a reputation to keep up. A reputation of being a provocative asshole. He flashed a mischievous grin as his eyes panned across the other players, stopping for a second on the blonde earth-bender before saying, "Yeah. Could. Be. Fun."

Teagan's dupe grinned at the first boy that approached. "Yes you did," she said flirtatiously towards the guy, which only earned a roll of Teagan's eyes towards the duplicate. She was shocked as more and more people gathered around and they didn't seem to look twice at the fact that there were two of her. She grinned at the group, watching as her duplicate looked around at everyone who had come near. "There's room for everybody!"

Teagan stuck her tongue out at her duplicate, annoyed that she was letting her take charge. Really? She didn't need her duplicate to make friends for her. "Alright, I think we've got enough players," she said, finally speaking up. "Let's do this old school and all sit down in a circle." She led by example and sat down on the ground, adjusting her purple hat over her blonde unruly curls. Maybe some others would wander in and join but there was no hurt in starting.

This seemed like it would be an interesting group of people. The fact that they were meta-humans alone made it interesting. "And I'll start," she grinned mischievously, feeling good about the fact that she'd taken over instead of being overshadowed by her flirty, obnoxious duplicate. Maybe she'd absorb them because they'd get bored. She looked around, blue eyes searching for her first victim, pointing to someone. "Zac. Because he's really the only person who said his name. Truth or dare?" Her dupe looked upset that she hadn't chosen Peyton.

(ooc: So, I think it would make sense to post in order of dares. If your character gets chosen by the person before you, answer the truth or do the dare and then chose your victim. Then that person posts and chooses their victim and so on. Sound good? Have fun everyone. c: Side posts are also welcome if you are chatting with someone else who is playing the game but try not to clutter the thread so much so that dares and truths are seen)

Zac probably shouldn't have been surprised he would be chosen. He had mentioned his name, although he had figured that some of the people would already know each other. The identical twins (atleast, that's what they looked like) must be like him: not knowing anyone.

But he was surprised and wasn't entirely sure what to pick. He didn't really have many secrets, none that someone could ask about, so Truth was more favourable right now. But Truth was the cop out, it was the easy option. He kinda wanted to set a good impression.

"Dare." He said with a half-smile.

God damn outdoors.

You might think growing up Ireland, (The greenest country on the planet) You would think Jack would be used to life in the outdoors. You would be wrong. In fact as far as Jack was concerned, The great outdoors could go fuck itself, fuck itself right up the ass. Jack didn’t want uncomfortable tents, he wanted nice soft double beds, he didn’t wan to roast marshmallows, he wanted cold beer, he didn’t want the sing “kurmbaya” by the camp fire, he wanted loud ear-drum shattering bass making him slowly making him deaf while he macked on some random blond girl while they were both zonked out on weed and booze.

In short if nothing else Jack was a creature of comfort, and as far as Jack was concerned this entire camp site needed to be bulldozed and made into something useful. Maybe a strip-club.

Jack was irritatedly trying to slap off a few dozen flies at once, he heard, a faint mutter of a mention of truth or dare? WITH hot chicks?!

You could almost see the dust cloud as Jack scurried over to where the action was.

“Move bitches, get out the way!” Jack screamed as he pushed his way into the fold, excitedly. He took a moment to fully gauge who he was dealing with. There was a pair of identical twins, that promised to be fun, there was that annoying creep from the neft game, there was Aryana! Hey want a nice surprise! Jack made sure to give her a cheeky little wink, as a form of greeting, Let see here…Oh, there was that, big, blotted bitch that attacked him at that house party. Seriously fuck that guy! If given the chance, Jack was going to make this game hell for him. Hmm…There didn’t seem to be anyone else of interes-shit!

Sitting across from him, was that Ortiz guy, that was absolutely someone he did not want to run into, especially since their last encounter where he told Jack that he was going to rip off his head and spit down his neck or something to that effect,

So yeah, to say that their relationship was strained, was a complete understatement.

Jack tried to shy eye away vainly from his eye sight while he listened in to want the first dare was.

Okay, so they all definitely thought that her duplicate was just her twin. Well, she would see what happened when she produced a couple more duplicates at some point. There would probably be some questioning looks.

"Nothing boring," her duplicate told her, arms crossed firmly across her chest. "Dare him good." She hated how her duplicate insisted on playing as well.

"Alright, soooooo," Teagan dragged out the word while she tried to think of something, looking over at Zac. "I dare you....to jump in the lake..." she mused, knowing it was sort-of lame.

And then her duplicate added, "Naked," with a wiggle of her eyebrows, which caused Teagan to look over at her. Damn, continuously overshadowed by her own duplicate. This was going to get annoying.

The colour drained from Zac's face. He was, once again, stupidly surprised. Honestly, he probably should have suspected worse. In his mind he started running through ways he could make it slightly better. Perhaps he could brush past a tree on the way to the lake, turn into bark. That might help hide everything... Or he would just look like an idiot. And it might not even work. Ah well. Better to get over and done with sooner rather than later.

He shrugged and smiled again, getting up and pulling his t-shirt off, revealing not-quite-a-six-pack. He started to walk towards the lake in question, slipping off his shoes and socks and throwing them behind him. His chino shorts were then removed, but he saved his boxers until last. Then, when he was right at the water's edge, with everyone's eyes staring at him he took the last piece of clothing off. They probably couldn't see much.

"Here goes nothing..." Zac, stark naked took a step forwards and jumped, tucking himself up into a ball. He bombed into the water, a large splash going outwards. It was lucky he only turned into solids, or he most likely would be made of water just then. As he surfaced, he turned to face the group, a grin on his face despite the cold water. Quickly climbing out and pulling his underwear back on (probably the only time someone could actually see his manhood) his decency was quickly protected. Shorts back on, he returned to the circle, leaving his shirt, socks and shoes in a pile behind him.

"Well, that was fun. Who's next?" He grinned in gleeful delight around the circle. Finally his eyes rested upon a kind of hot looking girl sitting across fron him (Aryana) and pointed at her, the same half smile as earlier on his lips. "You. Firstly, what's your name and secondly, Truth or Dare?" He really hoped she picked Dare.

Rya stared as the boy stripped naked and did a cannon ball into the lake. It wasn't something she hadn't seen before, but she was pleasantly surprised when the first girl's twin added the 'naked' part into her sister's dare. Rya wasn't expecting to see any naked men during this trip, so it was definitely nice. Her fingers twitched slightly as she thought of soaking him from head to toe. Hydrokinesis could be useful at times. But she refrained from doing so, mainly because the lake was a bit too far away for her to have complete control of the water.

When Zac came back and grinned at her, telling her to state her name and to pick truth or dare. With a wink, Rya responded "The name's Rya, sweet cheeks." And he did have some sweet cheeks, from what she has seen. "And I think I'll choose Dare. Don't go too easy on me, honey. I can take a dare."
