General Appearance:
Standing in at 6'1, Lucio and Marco are quite tall for their age bracket (they think). Yet they're still in a that awkward stage of growth where their limbs are a bit too long for their general body type. But they think they'll grow past that sometime soon. They look like your typical set of twins- with the same face, the same weird ever-changing eye color, the same hair color. In fact it would be almost impossible to tell them apart if you didn't know what to look for. Like the fact Lucio brushes his hair to the left while his brother pushes it to right in an attempt to look like a mirror of each other. They help each other dye their hair blonde so that they can look more "American". Another notable difference between the two is the expression on their faces. Lucio is always sporting a cocksure half smirk on his face, while Marco tends to have a blank expression while he processes what his brother is suggesting they do. Out of the two, Marco is often sporting a bruise of some kind on his body from either bumping into things or from getting into another physical altercation (that Lucio will feel obligated to join to protect his brother). They have the thin, lithe body packed with muscles that one can only get with performing fights and intense choreography on stages. Past rehearsing their moves and play fighting (and stretching) the boys don't work out all that much. Well, they don't work out in the traditional sense in any case.
When it comes to a personal style, the males have found a way to compromise between what Lucio likes and what Marco likes. They find its easier to buy two of everything they like, and they'll often purposefully wear the same clothes so that they match. Denim jackets, or jackets of any kind are a near permanent fixture to their wardrobe. Underneath the jacket tends to be a dark colored tank top made of the softest t-shirt material they could find. Usually Lucio is the first to lose the jacket he put on that morning and he's walk around in just the t-shirt or the tank top. They've also gotten into a habit on writing notes and reminders and just anything that comes to mind on each other's skin. So it isn't all that uncommon to see either one walking around with things such as- "Buy milk" or "I want a hug" or "Lets throw a party" written on their arms. Or any piece of exposed skin really.
Personality:
Lucio and Marco are pretty sure they aren't what comes to mind when someone thinks of the word 'twins'. They aren't polar opposites of one another. In fact they compliment each other quite well. Though, Lucio tend to take the lead in their relationship and is more likely to be willing to jump off the cliff while Marco follows only a step behind. But Marco is also the first to be willing to throw their collective heart into a person and is more liable to trust a stranger off of a "vibe" than his brother. Marco has always been the quieter of the two and often reigns in his brother when he decides things around about to go too far, but sometimes Lucio's overpowering energy (when excited) can sweep up his hesitant brother and off they go. Lucio naturally gravitates to other people while Marco is perfectly happy to simply stay at home with a small group of people to hang out with. He's also much more likely to actually complete their homework than Lucio is, unless of course it is a particularly interesting project.
Over all they are fairly bright and cheerful boys. They are extremely affectionate (thanks to having grown up in Italy where kissing between men was perfectly acceptable and was even common as a greeting or show of happiness in the other) and can often time become a little bit overbearing in their displays. This isn't to say that they are bubbling in endless energy. They are cheerful, yes, but aren't overly so. Unless they are excited by something and then everything goes out the window. But they mean well, and are often just having trouble remembering American customs aren't the same as what they were used to. They have a tendency to get into petty fights over simple things, like who will being doing the dishes or who's going to be opening the door for their pretty date. But this is mostly for show and for enjoyment, since the boys rarely truly fight. Though, that doesn't stop them from butting heads (literally) as they fall over themselves to do something for someone.
Many people who meet them might be inclined to call the pair immature. But really, they chose to remain to childish and energetic. They don't really see any desire to grow up any time soon and they'd like to revel in the young years they have left. That being said, though, they do have the ability to be mature and serious if it is called for. When being mature they tend to cast aside most of their joking, jovial matter and instead become your typical suave (if slightly confused due to inexperience) gentleman. They become flirtatious and respectful and far more toned down than their usual selves.
The pair, true to their Italian heritage, sport rather short tempers despite how they smile and laugh so often. Lucio become easily frustrated when people don't take their maturity seriously and thinks that they're just playing around, which mean he'll often lash out with biting words (usually in Italian because anger makes him revert to his native tongue). But while Lucio is quick to start yelling, Marco often takes a few moments before he catches up to the reason they should be angry but once he does he'd much rather throw a punch to solve all their problems than just duke it out with words. They also have an unhealthy desire to become the center of attention, to the point they can make incredibly stupid decisions just to get people paying attention. Lucio hates whenever people focus away from them to look at someone else and can often try insulting if being happy fails to capture the attention. Marco usually hangs all around his brother and talks to people they run into, or if they're at a party, he's to one usually "herding" people to dance with them.
When it comes to romance, Lucio and Marco have been lucky enough they've never had a problem falling in love. They've yet to discovered a person that only one of them liked. Usually Marco is the one leading the two into falling in love with someone, since his brother never fully trusts another person until his other half can convince him to try things out. Since they've come to find out that they are destined to fade into one another they've become less upset by the fact they might like the same person. Earlier in their lives the boys often fought over getting the attention to someone they cared about.
The boys are lucky enough to enjoy performing on stage. Lucky in the sense it has helped them "sync", since they spend most of their time on stage performing with the other person. It's become easy for them to slide into synchronized movements, for Marco to duck at Lucio's lunges, for Lucio to start singing and for Marco to chime in without there being need to be a rehearsal. But they are often limited to the physical synchronization, and they think that is mostly due to them having done such things since childhood. Marco has often expressed his fear, to Lucio, that them performing on stage is going to speed up the process of one of them fading so they've cut down a lot on their stage activities since discovering their meta-ness.Your VicesLikes:

Strengths:
-Dancing, singing, preforming in front of large crowds
-They're pretty resilient at anything thrown at them, though they often talk about it repeatedly until they decide to shrug it off
-Both speak fluently in Italian and in English
-They have no trouble meeting strangers
Weaknesses:
-They are often mistaken to be "immature"
-Often times they fall too hard too fast for people they care about, the only good thing about this is they often fall for the same person ((however that also leads to arguments among the two of them))
-When they get angry they have trouble remembering to speak in English
-Though they won't admit it, when they're alone they tend to argue a lot about people they've met and their intentions
-They aren't coming to terms with their ability very well.
-A lot of times they might get upset at parties if they aren't the center of attention
Fears:
-Spiders (though they find spiders awesome... Spiders must remain on the OTHER side of the glass)
-They're afraid of finally merging into one person since they enjoy the other's company so much. However they are also afraid of what might happen if they don't merge in time since they think this might mean they die or lose their power. They seem to think that there is a time limit on gestalt links and that they have to merge by the time they're 18.
Secret:
-That they are afraid of merging.
-They are gay virgins. They have kissed and went on dates before though!Family TiesFather: Alessandro Victore (46, meta, power sensing)
Mother: Fortuna Victore (47, nonmeta)
Siblings: Each other
Any Other Important People:
-Dolce and Gabbana, their two Siberian hamsters. They think Gabbana might be a girl because recently she's gotten pretty fat and is hiding a lot. Which would make Dolce a boy. They don't know whether to be upset they didn't know, or if they should be excited because- baby hamsters! ((Gabbana is the white one, Dolce is the brown one))HistoryLucio and Marco were born to a thirty year old couple of Fortuna and Alessandro in the city of Venice, Italy. Marco was born first, a completely silent baby until his brother came out almost ten minutes later. Once his brother started crying out, Marco was quick to follow with his own wails. The leader and follower dynamic that started that day continued on through out their young lives. If someone saw Lucio money could be won by betting Marco was somewhere nearby. Lucio would be playing on the jungle gym with other kids while Marco would happily swing by himself.
As they grew up the trait continued. They followed one another to the stage, though Lucio was know for taking the place of any actor as a stunt double while Marco had the biggest set of pipes on him that anyone in their class had seen. The fact they chose different paths didn't stop the two from competing on and off the stage. If Lucio got to take the place of a main actor, Marco would strive to get a solo. If Marco went on a date, Lucio would go on two. Simple things like that, really. Their parents never put a stop to the behavior so they've never really thought anything of it since they never involved others in their competition. (Except for dates).
That sense of competition died out, though, when they turned thirteen and their power was discovered. It wasn't as if they woke up one morning and everything was different. No, they woke up the same as they usually did. With a slight difference of they both had to use the restroom at the same time. But that'd happened a few times before so they had it chalked up to "one of those days". It wasn't until their dad, on a rare day off from working for Kocher, came down stairs to find the boys munching on their fette biscottate and declared they had gained powers, that anyone felt something different. He was the one who recruited them for Kocher, since it was his job anyway, and had them enrolled by the end of that week. ((There was no immediate need to rush them in so they took their time))
At first, Lucio and Marco couldn't believe their father's words. Even when they were shipped off to Kocher they didn't believe it, because they didn't have anything cool like they'd heard other metas' had. But when it was explained to them that their power was something called a "gestalt link" they instantly began to panic. Even though they'd be smarter than the average person, and stronger, and faster, the idea that they'd have to become one person absolutely terrified them. Neither boy could imagine life without the other. It just didn't make sense in their head how the power could be anything but a curse because it meant they'd no longer be "Lucio and Marco" but some strange... Third person. They'd never fight anymore, they'd never have their playful banter, it would all be gone.
Time hasn't really helped the two boys get over their fear of fading away to some alien, despite having been dealing with their power for two years. Instead they've focused on trying to get to America. A place that they were sure would have far more beauty than their half drowned world of Venice, or the hardened walls of Kocher. Plus they'd been attending Kocher three years already and were eager to see fresh faces and interesting people. However, the only reason their transfer was accepted was the logical reason for transferring and not just the reason they shared with people. Lucio and Marco felt Hammel would be a better fit for them since Hammel had a higher population of gestalt links than Kocher. Since they still had problems coming to terms with their power it was thought that being among the company of other gestalts they'd learn to lose their fear.
They've noticed, however, that they've begun to lose some of their individuality despite their half-heart-ed attempts to reject fading. They've become almost tied to one another's side, Marco has become a much more social animal, Lucio has become more easily swayed into falling with his brother. They're less likely to argue, Lucio is less likely to go off and do stupid things on stage (which they've cut back on anyway). But they applied their new attitude to being companions to studying and helping each other out academically so when they applied to transfer to Hammel it only took them three months to get accepted. Their first day starts at the beginning of summer (June 6th to be exact), something they actually requested because they thought it'd give them more time to assimilate into a relaxed Hammel atmosphere what with it being summer and all.Roleplay ExampleSo many choices...
