Fooding is required (Ant)

Like most nights during the week Percie was not in the mood to cook. She'd just barely gotten her dishes washed when she realized she was hungry. She'd washed up and changed shirts, donned a hat over her messy hair and exited to the area outside so she could walk around and potentially find a place to take food back to her apartment. She was a bit paranoid she'd see that blonde woman running around again, but soon relaxed in the summer air. She was recovering. She was still hurt by the news she'd been given, Jade was right about that, but she was getting over it.

She got to the first place, saw that it was packed and passed by, did the same with the second and the third and finally stopped outside the fourth. It was a Thai place, but she'd already had Thai once this week already. Her stomach grumbled in protest as she looked around and noticed a familiar face. She'd noticed the same guy picking up food around the same restaurants she did. Using her skills as a detective and an observant human being she realized that he too must really hate cooking. She sidled close to him. "I've already had Thai once this week and everything else is jam packed, do you have any good suggestions for some other place to go? I'm starving over here," she sighed.

Antosha didn't mind cooking, so long as it produced edible food. However the Russian man was plagued with the sort of cooking gift that meant he could burn water. At best he could produce hard ramen and burnt toast. Which did not fair well for his eating habits. So instead of risking another kitchen fire, Antosha headed out in the summer night to find food from his usual haunts. At best he could run into a friendly face and get a home cooked meal, at worst he had to stop at McDonalds.

Walking through the streets of Pilot Ridge, Antosha barely did more than glance at various restaurants as he passed by. Each one seemed more and more packed than the last. Eventually he backtracked and walked into a Thai place, wondering why he was bothering with something that - in his opinion - was exactly like Chinese. But then, he already had Chinese this week so anything different would be appreciated. He stood off to the side, watching as the crowd started to thin out when a female walked up to him. Amber eyes narrowed some as he looked down at the slightly familiar form. Hadn't he seen her somewhere before? Maybe... Antosha smiled some at her, realizing that the female was one who was often coming to pick up food around the times he was. "I would always suggest Abe's. Or going to Mickey's. But I do not know how busy they are."

"Ah Abe's wouldn't be so bad," she commented as she quickly tried to figure out what "Mickey's" was and surmised that perhaps he meant McDonalds. "I see you around here and there when I'm picking up food...do you not like to cook either?" she asked casually as she put her hands in her pockets and peered up at the taller man. She adopted an easy, friendly smile and then remembered her manners. "I'm Percie by the way," she said as she withdrew one hand and held it out for a shake.

“Do you feel like Abe’s or burgers? We could uh…look for another place if you wanted?” she asked curiously. “If you didn’t mind company we could go get something together? Like take out buddies,” she smiled.
