Guess Who's Coming For Dinner? (Tomer/Josh/Sean)

Harmony wasn't known for her ability to identify bad ideas. But when Tomer invited her over for dinner with his uncle, even Harmony was thinking it might not be the best plan. Of course by this point in their friendship, Harmony knew who Tomer's uncle dated. And while she hadn't had many one-on-one interactions with Dr. N, she was glad for that. The old man creeped her out and always seemed to looming in the back of her mind whenever she thought of an awesome prank to pull.

That said, Harmony wasn't one to shy away from uncomfortable situations, mainly because she was usually the one causing them to be uncomfortable in the first place. Just as her uncle and Damien. She didn't really care what other people thought. It would be fun to hang out with Tomer, even if it was some stupid family dinner where she was sure the adults would be annoying the whole time and the food would taste horrible.

So that is how she found herself standing on the doorstep of the Neville residence raising a hand to ring the doorbell. She had a brief moment of wondering if maybe she should have dressed nicer for the occasion (her 'Shhh, no one cares' t-shirt, ripped jeans, and vans baseball cap wasn't exactly a classy outfit) but again she couldn't care less what the adults cared. As for Tomer, well she had put on a little lip gloss for the occasion.

Being friends with Harmony was not as fraught with police visits as Tomer had thought. He didn't know how much of that was him reasoning her out of something (not talk, no one could really talk Harmony out of an act, but showing her where her plans were inefficient or not going to work did wonders) or her own tastes evolving. It was like work, sometimes, but... it was also a lot of fun.

Knowing exactly how Harmony felt about Sean was one of the reasons he asked her over. She couldn't be too outrageous with 'Dr. N' right there. Plus, she liked talking, and so did Uncle Josh. And again, Sean would see that their conversation didn't get too heated.

Tomer had been a little surprised that his uncle had even asked him to bring a friend over for a meal, given how shy he could still be during one alone. He didn't have a wide pool of friends to choose from, and thought Sebastian might have the same problems as he did with bashfulness. Not to mention the food. But Harmony was free, and even though she was positive the whole thing would be LAME, she didn't say no.

Tomer answered the door, in fact had been sitting in the entryway waiting for that very thing. Wonderful smells eminated from the kitchen.

"Hi Harmony, come in," he said, one side of his mouth pulled up in a smile. He didn't say a thing about her clothes, didn't note them at all as either too casual or whatever. With the amount of attention he paid to his own wardrobe (none, and it continued to be rather uniform-like, with solid colored shirts, clean jeans, and nice sneakers) he had little to spare for anyone else's.

Closing the door, he gave a soft chuckle. "I half didn't think you would come."

It was true that Tomer had an bit of a positive influence on Harmony. Though her age and the fact she was a student at Hammel also helped her avoid police visits, particularly since most of pranks she pulled were done on campus and therefore dealt with by the administration instead of the actual police. Of course she just liked to think she was getting better about not getting caught, but really it was often Tomer who pointed out the flaws in her plans, or talked her down from trying to pull something really horrible by suggesting something only slightly horrible.

She liked to think she had more of an influence over him though. True he was still the shy little boy who pretty much sprinted away from confrontation, but Harmony hoped she was helping him to grow a back bone. Or at the very least at least she was around to fight for him.

"Yo Tomer," Harmony said, smiling as she walked in the door. Her voice had shot up a bit more than she meant it to. Very uncool. She covered it with a cough. "So where's the old lame-os?"

Harmony had started to notice Tomer's uniform like wardrobe lately, not that she minded it. It was weird to notice all of these little things about him. She usually couldn't be bothered to pay that much attention to other people.

"Course I came," Harmony said, shrugging to play up her apathy. "Someone's gotta keep things from being totally boring, right?"
