I'll Bet You'd Look Good On the Dance Floor (OPEN)

Sunar enjoyed school dances, and so of course he was thrilled to discover that the school camping trip would be hosting a dance. He hoped that the DJ would play music more to his tastes than they typically did -- maybe some Galantis rather than Katy Perry -- but even if they only played billboard top whatever he would still dance and enjoy himself. 

He had shown up to the dance alone; he had never had a date to a dance before, although he had on occasion gone with groups of friends. But he didn't feel that going alone was especially embarrassing; dances were supposed to be for fun, and fostering romance was a secondary aspect. 

When he arrived the DJ was playing Taylor Swift. He sucked his teeth a moment before asking the person nearest him, "Do you think that the DJ'll take requests?"

Damien was never really a going to a dance type of person but since this dance was pretty much an outside even he could spend the days amongst the trees, he would be pretty much tired and not up for anything exciting unless the sun finally makes its descent behind his barrier of trees. Until that time he would wear is hoodie and come out from the trees if he needs something to drink or eat.

His eyes were bouncing around the open field, he could see Sunar, a boy he had tutored, speaking with the DJ. He carefully found himself a decent size tree and climbed up to one of the branches, not really concealed but still visible, to people watch. At his higher vantage point he could see a few clusters of people scattered around the field to do there own thing. He makes sure to keep an eye out for people walking to the woods by themselves, he could give them a quick spook and him a quick laugh.

Damien continues to people watch until late into the afternoon.
