And... Savvy just wants to make people happy. She wants approval, but she doesn't want to have to compromise her values to get it. She's a little gullible and a little over-trusting, but she has a hoard of siblings to avenge her if she's ever taken advantage of (if she tells them about it, that is). Communicating with rodents has her secretly (and sometimes not so secretly) believing she's something like Snow White or Cinderella - she also has a slightly immature obsession with Disney princesses and pop culture (think MTV news, Entertainment Tonight, and youtube). Savvy wants to be the best FRIEND she can, but she's very easily manipulated. She will follow a queen bee even when she is conflicted about it, until it reaches the point where she can no longer rationalize her behavior to herself (physical or emotional harm to a person's face). She wants to be popular because she thinks she should want to be popular, but she also wants people to like her for who she is. Often, this contrast ends up with her being a little outlandish, very outgoing, rather sassy (she was taught everyone loves a rebel), and frustrated by some social interactions (insulting other people, self-deprecating comments amongst friends, and other mean-girls style behavior). She tends to assume other people know what they're talking about. Once you are her friend, expect to receive a few well-meaning bruises; she grew up in a violently affectionate family.

Because she's always aiming for friends, Savvy will let a lot of bad behavior slip by before getting really mad at someone. She will, however, start secretly hating them even while acting like a friend. She tends to have more frenemies than ENEMIES. But she can only take so much before she breaks into either tears or curses. She's been known to throw a punch, and even if she doesn't hit you the first time, she will claw your eyes out if it keeps going. She doesn't give up in a brawl. The most touchy subject for her is definitely her family. She can laugh along when people poke fun at them, but only to a point before she'll snap.

Savvy loves guys. Most guys. Almost any guy. She crushes hard and often, usually having multiple crushes at the same time, but will sometimes obsess over one particular crush for a few days. She's never had a real RELATIONSHIP because no one has ever made it past her many older siblings. Eventually she'll realize that it's her family that scares off potential suitors, and when she does she may have the presence of mind to keep that special boy a secret. She doesn't know anything about intimacy beyond 2nd base, and her siblings intend to keep it that way (for now), but she is eager to please. This will probably cause her some trouble once a guy recognizes her infatuation and takes advantage of her ignorance. But so far, she just seems to be that quirky kid with the terrifying older siblings.

And... Peyton is a little bit happy-go-lucky. He's undeniably positive, quick to laugh, and is full of energy (ADHD). So far he has only ever used his power to make people happy or relaxed, and has never used it in a stressful situation. He's excited to learn how to use it to get girls to flirt with him, and will flirt continuously, even though he's not entirely sure what he's doing. His power manifested about the same time he finally hit his growth spurt, so he can be a little awkward in his new body, and isn't used to being considered attractive. He acts a little bit cocky sometimes, and can be pretty lazy, but he is willing to look like an idiot to make someone laugh, and is rather impulsive. He's been at Hammel since August 2013. If you need to get out of a funk, Peyton is a great FRIEND to have around, as his main goal is to make people laugh. However, he's not exactly eager to go out of his way to help anyone if it will take a significant amount of effort and forethought. He calls himself 'laid back,' but it tends to skew toward lazy - though he will exercise for fun if it's something he likes to do, he's also perfectly happy to sit around on a couch all day watching tv and playing video games with his bros. His humor is varied, from silly to dirty, even having a few really intelligent jokes in there every once in a while, and he is never afraid to speak his mind to his peers (though he knows when to keep his mouth shut in front of authority figures).

Peyton compensates for his difficulty in the classroom by being a bit of a class clown in the classes he's bad at and a teacher's pet in those he likes, which can really get on people's nerves. He's got a big mouth, with a never faltering motor, and that can earn him a few ENEMIES, especially since he can be a real smartass. He also can get cocky, and very childish. If he takes the initiative to make someone his enemy, he will hold that grudge until he deems them fit to be absolved. When angered, he has difficulty controlling himself and can be very impulsive. If he tries to avoid conflict, he'll end up taking out his anger on people close to him, but if he embraces conflict he jumps into a fight with no regard for his own well-being and no prior planning. He tried to just avoid making enemies.

Girls. They don't make sense to him, but he sure likes to look at them. Since his growth spurt, he's gotten a surge of confidence that makes it easy for him to flirt with girls, though that confidence is easily shifted away in favor of friendly rapport with almost everyone. He likes to think he doesn't flirt with girls who don't show interest, but he still does, on occasion, even if he doesn't realize it. He doesn't have any experience in the realm of RELATIONSHIPS - he's still getting used to this whole 'attractive' thing, and often friendzones himself out of habit. He will crush hard on a girl, assume she only likes him as a friend, and then feel hurt as she dates other people, until he finally gets over her (which, depending on the girl, can last a couple days to a few years). He offers himself to his girl friends as a constant support, and tends to be taken advantage of for that.

Jack needs to lose the ego and stop whining so much. He should just enjoy life instead of constantly putting other people down. But it's pretty funny to watch others getting mad at the guy. Peyton wouldn't mind seeing the kid get punched, but he doesn't plan to do it.

Ryder & Peyton made fast friends, bonding over their similar love of toys and somewhat immature attitudes. Ryder is teaching Peyton how to do parkour, and together they've started a youtube channel with videos of them doing all manner of entertaining things. They are reckless together, and it makes for good times.

At the moment, Peyton just kissed Rya as part of a dare, and he wishes he hadn't had to stop. She's very attractive, and has portrayed herself rather sexually in the Truth or Dare game, so he's very interested. So far, she's the only one who he's used his lust pheromones on.

She's attractive, but beyond that she's a girl on the swim team that Peyton could see being friends with. And... Astley is a generally positive person, who is somewhat shy. She doesn't like to initiate conversations, but is eager for people to like her. She will backmouth you quietly if you insult her, but will attempt to do it out of your presence. Once she's comfortable with a person, she'll share her wry wit and sometimes silly sense of humor. Astley's goal at Hammel is to make as many FRIENDS or friendly acquaintances as possible, though she's not very good at starting up conversations, she leans toward the shy end of things, she can relax a bit once she gets some positive feedback.

She's able to hold her tongue when she sees people she doesn't like, or at least insult them quietly, so she won't be attacking anyone. She is, however, pretty eager to please, so any ENEMIES she has probably go after her because she's a bit of a 'good girl' and makes an easy target.

After her incident where her powers first manifested, Astley is nervous about having another RELATIONSHIP. She does, however, crush very easily. She's easily embarrassed by attention, but when it's from someone attractive, in a vaguely positive form, she stands a high probability of crushing at least a bit. Most of the time this will make her an eager friend, and then settle into platonic friendship, but sometimes it will only grow. There are times she feels attracted to girls, and crushes on girls, and she's still not sure what to think about that. It's exciting and terrifying to her, because she doesn't understand it.

Brooke was Astley's first friend at Hammel, and therefore can do no wrong. Astley feels totally comfortable petting Brooke in cat form, and totally doesn't get how awkward that would be in human form. Most of Brooke's dirty comments go right over her head, though less so the longer they've known each other. Brooke will stick up for Astley if she's ever confronted, and Astley has taken care of Brooke when she's drunk. Brooke may occasionally tease Astley, but Astley will take it with a sheepish smile. There was a moment in May when Brooke kissed her, and Astley hasn't been able to get it out of her mind. Brooke doesn't remember the kiss.

And... Noa is a firecracker. She's always ready with a smirk, usually with a smile not far behind, and she's quick on the draw (most of the time). She can be very wry and cynical, but keeps a positive outlook on the things she doesn't know. At her core, Noa is an attention whore, meaning she was made for the stage and the social scene, and lives to entertain. She feeds off the energy of other people and reflects it back x10. Noa is a social butterfly, and will really put herself out there to make FRIENDS. She has very little shame, but is also aware that she's a bit of a know-it-all. The more people she is surrounded by, the more upbeat she is, meaning she can get a little hyperactive. She tends to make friends by making jokes and/or flirting. Her blatant acknowledgement of social customs (pointing out when things are awkward or stilted) can sometimes put people off, as can her sense of humor (highly politically incorrect, and often sexual). She also tends to get nosy and overshare things. She (usually) doesn't judge people's tastes, and is known to often utter the phrase "whatever floats your boat" with a shrug.

Most of her ENEMIES aren't fans of her blatant sexuality ("Prudes") or her in-your-face attitude. She tries not to go after people, attempting to be as tolerant as possible, but some things just rub her the wrong way (like people who judge her, people who take advantage, and people who don't care take care of themselves). If anyone ever crosses her boundaries, Noa will snap. She makes her boundaries clear in all things, and will warn her friends if she doesn't want to talk about something. If they persist, she can become snappy, withdrawn, and overall vindictive. If anyone violates her trust, her privacy, or her body, she will attack them at full force. A fair number of her enemies think she's a "slut," without knowing much about her. She reclaims the term in a sex-positive manner, and tosses insults back with a sharp wit and a quick tongue.

Noa will flirt with all of her friends and will often seduce them to be bed buddies, if they're interested. If they aren't interested, she knows where to draw the line. She loves attention, and has a fascination with sex, sexuality, and fetishism, but she is terrified of a RELATIONSHIP. She has, in the past, broken the hearts of people who said they just wanted a physical relationship and then changed their minds. She is upfront and honest when she starts a fling, letting them know she isn't interested in a relationship. But part of her rebels against that, and wants a lover who will take it slow, refuse to sleep with her until they've gone on at least three dates, and will sweep her off her feet. She is very conflicted between her desire for inappropriately rough sex and her secret fantasy of innocence.

Noa met Vera back in Hammel, and they bonded over their love of flirting and their geeky sides. Now they've just moved into Jade's place, and intend to raise hell. In the most Jade-acceptable way possible, that is.

Noa's not sure when she met Zack, but all of a sudden it was like she had a cool cousin who would let her sit on his couch while he played video games and would watch the stupid videos she found on Youtube. She'll rib him about stupid stuff, make bad jokes, and dance like an idiot in front of him, and will offer him baked goods when she (very occasionally) makes them. She's also an option if he ever needs a 911 call - flat tire, too drunk to drive, etc.

She's kinda hoping he goes out with Jade.

Noa thinks Lucy is hot, but hasn't yet introduced herself/been introduced to her. If she does, she'll probably point out that Lucy is hot, but not make any advances unless she gets a straightforward sign of interest. (Noa's better at respecting the personal space of some people more than others, and Lucy is someone she wouldn't want to cross boundaries with.)

She'll hold back certain topics if he's around, cause he's so freakin' innocent-seeming, but if he ever came to her for advice, she'd be very respectful and try as hard as she could to not make him uncomfortable.

Noa and Kelly rubbed shoulders while she was at Hammel, and were vaguely warily friendly. Nowadays they don't search each other out, but sometimes swap 'friendly' barbs with each other when face-to-face. Given how outspoken they both are, each is a little agitated with the other, but neither really have anything against the other. They can endure each other, but in a group they have to be at different ends of the room so they aren't competing for attention.

Renee was Noa's choir teacher when she was at Hammel, and Noa admires Renee's style, grace, and effortless seduction. She thinks Renee's style is flawlessly feminine and secretly wants to be more like her.

Noa and Brooke only really know each other through clubs and parties, and aren't especially close, but are very friendly to each other. They see each other out and about, but don't make plans together. Sometimes Noa feels a little responsible if Brooke seems like she's not taking care of herself, but she hides her concern, or tries to casually help her out without being pushy.

This girl is tragic, and Noa feels such a sense of righteous indignation on her behalf. Thinking about her is heartbreaking and frustrating at the same time.

Noa is attempting to teach Oriel about kink. She sometimes feels the need to tiptoe around him, since she's still feeling him out. The last time they met, he broke down and ran away, so Noa is gonna give him some space and hope he lets her know when he's ready.

After her trauma at 18, Noa avoided Dr. Neville as much as possible. She has only just returned to seeing him, and is scared of what he'll think of her. She sometimes looks up to him, and other times hates him because she's jealous of his power, and worries he'll poke around in her head.

Noa finds Kimmy very attractive, and easy to flirt with. Down the road, she could totally date this girl. She isn't yet aware of Kimmy's gender identity.

And... Eddie is one of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. He's always there to listen, and likes to make people laugh, even at his own expense. He is a pie-maker in town, working on setting up his own pie shop, but for now he's selling at the local farmer's market. Back at Hammel he was a bit of a partier, but has mellowed out a lot since graduating. He was at Hammel from fall 2001 - spring 2005, and just returned back to Pilot Ridge. It isn't hard for Eddie to consider someone a FRIEND - he tries to be friendly to everyone he meets, and likes to make people laugh and lend an open ear - and once made he will do all he can to keep them. He is very considerate, very chivalrous, but may hide that fact under jokes and gags. Because he likes to keep in contact with everyone, and listen to everyone, most of his friends know less about him than he does about them, they just don't realize it. It's very hard to get on Eddie's bad side. He's not at all quick to anger, it takes a lot for him to consider someone an ENEMY, but if he does get angry, it will be over big issues like injustice, violence, or continued bullying of others. His anger comes out in words, he hasn't thrown a punch in a long time, but could be capable. Most of the time, instead of getting angry, Eddie responds with humor and/or kindness. Sometimes it's a sharper humor, if they're really getting on his nerves.

Because he likes to be there for all his friends when they're in need, and is very caring and friendly, he is often crushed on, though never notices. He doesn't usually pick up on people liking him unless he is interested in return. When he is interested, he becomes very self-conscious around a girl and will fumble quite a bit in word and deed. He is a romantic at heart, and believes in the power of love. He is dating casually at the moment, but isn't currently in a RELATIONSHIP, having left his last serious girlfriend back home after she broke it off. Most of his exes consider themselves on good terms with him, even if he wouldn't necessarily agree. Once in a relationship (or looking for a relationship) Eddie can truly commit to a woman, and will do all he can to make her happy.

And... Molly is your classic nerd/geek type. She is incredibly awkward in most social situations except when she is around other geeks and/or drinking. Her life primarily revolves around games. She works three jobs: assistant researcher at Hammel (her primary income), freelance graphic design (her expendable income), and tutoring local students in math (which happens so infrequently that she probably shouldn't count it as a job). She attended Hammel from 1999-2003, and returned to Pilot Ridge in 2011 after completing her masters and a couple years of a graduate program in mathematics, and a couple of years in the workforce. While a generally friendly person, Molly doesn't really make FRIENDS unless the other person initiates it. She isn't very good at starting conversations, or even maintaining conversations. Your best bet to be friends with her would be finding her in her element - online, at the comics and gaming store, at a convention, or perhaps in line for the newest blockbuster sci-fi movie. The position of BFF/BGF has been taken for the last 14 years by Felix Pemberton. Recently, though, they have started a Pilot Ridge tabletop gaming group, and she's hoping to meet others with her interests through that. She also frequents pub trivia.

She may have some ACQUAINTANCES through her younger brother Jeff. He was quite popular in his time at Hammel, and some people may know her as his geeky older sister. He was 2 years behind her in school.

If Molly doesn't like someone, they aren't exactly her ENEMY.... Or, at least, they probably aren't aware that they're her enemy. She's generally a bit of a pushover and quite easy to exploit, but even though she won't retaliate in person, she will secretly despise people who bully her or frequently take advantage of her.

While she can definitely find girls attractive, Molls is most definitely straight. Her ROMANTIC life mostly takes place at conventions, with fellow geeks, and is usually under the influence of alcohol and exhaustion. She's physically attracted to jock types, but cannot ever see herself dating one. The few dates she's gone on started awkwardly and improved depending on how much alcohol was consumed and how geeky the conversation got. (Definitely looking for awkward dates and romances!)

Best friends since they were 14, Molly and Felix are about as close as two people can be without being romantically involved. xD I can see there being a thing - unrequited crush on Peyton, because that's always fun. He'd find his brand of humor pretty amusing for the most part, though if it gets too obnoxious with his joking, Benny might call him on that.

Astley does temperature stuff, and he eats temperature! Woo! Instant chemistry! That being said, he would try and make her less shy - since his firm belief is that happy people deserve to be surrounded by other happy people. Good begets good and all that.

As for Digby... I have no idea how that will work. But pie is magical, and magic is wonderful.
