Upon arrival at the dance, Declyn did feel slightly self-conscious. The costume was rather revealing and, well it showed off more than he was used to. He was practically wearing a stripper costume (which would explain the easy removal of his clothing...buttons everywhere. One swift motion and his pants would be off). Cameron didn't have to know about that part though, not yet at least. If anything was to happen, he would not want it to be in front of all these people. Especially due to the fact that his brother was supposed to be there.
The thought had Declyn glancing around and just as he caught sight of a familiar build, he saw a blonde dressed ridiculously that looked even more familiar. Well that explained it. Shrugging it off, he turned to his date and smiled, following him to the punch bowl. Dec wasn't stupid, he had a feeling it was only a matter of time before the punch was spiked. And by Cam's reaction it hadn't taken long at all.
"Have trouble holdin' yer liquor?" He asked with a smirk. Cam wouldn't be the only one. Dec was a beer sorta guy, Irish blend was by far the best from what he'd tasted. Liquor was rather nasty, though he didn't mind whiskey much. "I think we should disperse from the punch bowl, they might lump us in with the ones who got to it first," He tugged on Cam's hand gently and made his way more towards the dance floor.
The boy was rather content with avoiding his brother for the moment. If anything just to keep him from having a mental breakdown. Wouldn't have surprised Dec if his twin had seen him already and was getting all huffy about it. Well that's what he got for coming with the jerk that was supposedly his 'best friend.'
