Being a telepath has been hard on Alanna, and it's kept her isolated for most her time at Hammel. Her control is getting better though, so she's reaching out more to those around her. She's also beginning to accept the nature of her ability and is seeking to use it to help others.

Zo has always been a rebel at heart. However, recent events have left her in a particularly bad place. She's always been a bit on the wild side, but she has taken this to a new extreme as a means of coping with all the negativity she is feeling towards both herself and the world around her. Where she was always a slacker, now she's not even bothering to try anymore.

Sydney has always been the "smart" girl - a prodigy and overachiever even. Being two years younger than her classmates, she definitely stands out and struggles to make any meaningful bonds with others. Luckily she is an extrovert with a take charge attitude. A natural born leader, she is extremely driven to achieve success. Academics come easily to her, but she is not the sort to take the easy road instead she challenges herself in athletics and other extracurricular activities.

Most people find her a bit intimidating or even downright awkward, but if nothing else she makes a good study buddy.

Competitive by nature, blunt and logical to a fault, Sydney is certainly not everyone's cup of tea

After one intense and messy relationship, Sydney feels more confused about romance and attraction ever. She's not really looking to repeat the experience, but she'd be lying to say she wasn't a little curious about how it all works.

Avery is a very laid back sort of person. She is very chill and openminded. Her confidence wins her a great deal of popularity and her social life is never lacking demand. She is a very compassionate person and tends to get protective of others. Avery has no tolerance for bullying and often finds herself standing up for others. Her tendency to see the best in others and adaptive personality make her a great friend. She also enjoys acting and plans to go into broadcasting after her college graduation.

Chris is a tomboy by nature with a tough exterior. She is very athletic and enjoys the outdoors. However, she is also a very soft-hearted person who is quick to forgive and as such is easily taken advantage of. This is often only noticed by those closest to her though. Most people see only her snark and confidence.


Friends
Chris has always been one of the guys. Needless to say, she does tend to have more guy friends than girl friends, her interests being more in sports and cars than fashion and makeup. However, recent years have seen her attempting to get in touch with her feminine side, though only with limited success.


Winter Rowley - he's been my best friend practically since birth. I'll always be there for him.
Anjali Kedar - I like getting to know her and she is one hell of a yoga instructor.

Enemies
There are a couple ways to get on her bad side. The first is to call her by her full name - Christine. She loathes it and is likely to earn at least a glare and possibly even a punch. Anyone who hurts those she loves - like her family or her close friends - is going to get on her bad side. Her protective nature overrides her tendency to give chance after chance. Finally, she does have a bit of a temper, though sparking it is a little difficult unless she's already in a bad mood. 

Romance
Chris has horrible luck in the romance department. She is pansexual, so she is attracted to all genders. Currently she is a bit hung up on her ex, Hope, who she's been seeing on and off for years. At this point she's pretty much content to stay single forever and become the neighborhood cat lady, but she might just be surprised.

Corrine - or Cori - is a very bubbly young girl. She is optimistic and enthusiastic. Having just arrived at Hammel, she is excited for her newfound freedom. She was raised very strictly and has been a dancer for her whole life, though she has lost interest lately. As such she is excited to try new things while she is at Hammel. 

Friends
Cori is a very friendly person. Because of her focus on dance, her social life has been very close to non-existent which only makes her all the more eager to make new friends. She can be a touch naive, but overall she is a sweet girl and will make friends very easily.

Enemies
Being as sheltered as she is, Cori can be a bit naive. This means she is fairly easily tricked or taken advantage of and will be greatly shocked and upset by being treated unkindly. There is also the fact that she has no control over her power and can be prone to accidentally putting others to sleep at inconvenient times... 

Romance
Cori is still young, but it's right about that age where she'll start having crushes. She's extremely inexperienced though so she's more than a bit clueless. Lots of possibilities here.

Jocelyn has had a troubled life and as a result, she has more than her share of issues. Insecurities galore create a fragile and vulnerable person and yet she is stronger than she knows. She has a long way to go in order to reach her full potential and is a bit of a drama magnet

Friends
She has a tendency to be aloof with others - an attempt at protecting herself - but that is not to say that she is unapproachable. Rather that she comes across as tougher than she truly is. Though she was fairly popular in school, after graduation, under the influence of her various boyfriends, she has ended up cutting tied with most if not all her friends. Now that she is single again though, she is starting to focus on friendships once more. 

In truth, she is a very caring and nurturing person, though few beyond her family see this. She is something of a beauty guru, loving all things makeup, hair and fashion. She also loves art. Jocelyn is talented at both, though she would surely deny any such comments. 

Enemies
Jocelyn has a bit of a bite to her, though usually not sharp enough to really collect any enemies. However, there are some girls out there who might be a bit cross with her for flirting with their boyfriends, not that she's ever been too fussed by it. 

Romance
Jocelyn is very promiscuous and has a strong need for attention. Because of this, she has a tendency to get herself into trouble with men, either by attracting those who would take advantage of her insecurities or by jumping too quickly into something and getting burned because of her impulsiveness. Whether this bad luck continues or takes a turn for the better is still to be determined

Employment
Jocelyn had been working as a waitress, though she had to quit her job due to her ex-boyfriend. As such, she is currently seeking a job. Any possible leads on this are certainly welcome.

Family has always mattered most to her and she would do anything for her brothers

Hi Faraday! Let's plot!

We just discovered that Sera and Alanna are roommates. This is great news! Sera is an intense individual, OCD, and with a severe brother complex. And also has all the emotional sensitivity of a potato. She's very introverted, and compensates by being overbearing and throwing her social status and money at people, hoping that that will get her friends. She's even been known to pay people to be her friend. They have to live together, so it'd be interesting to see how they mesh.

I think these two could definitely prove interesting to play together. They're alike in some ways like being introverted and perfectionists, but handle it in very different ways because while Sera overcompensates, Alanna just kinda tries to disappear entirely whenever possible. Especially since they have to live together I think they'll end up being a ton of fun whether they end up being tentative friends or at odds with each other xD I'd definitely love to thread them together!

Talia seems like a wonderful person, and as someone who’s starting his life a new (at least in a way), Neil’s in desperate need of new friends. The last time he was in Hammel was when he was 18, and to say that everything is all so sparkly new to him would be an understatement. I figured maybe they’d bump into each other while grocery shopping or something similar and maybe they’d recognize each other ‘cause Neil just had his interview with the headmistress a few weeks back and yeah? Just a thought. I’m down with anything else too.

Hi Kale! *waves* I am completely down for that. She would love to help him readjust to Hammel and she at least tries to be friends with everyone so I absolutely love this idea ^__^

As for Sean, that definitely makes sense. She still struggles a bit with her power in the sense that she has trouble connecting with people and her power kinda forces her to on some level which is a bit unsettling. Also, she is on and quite involved with the Student Activities Council which he advises so they would definitely interact somewhat regularly I imagine.
